61. well i think it's wrong that paris didnt serve her full sentence just because she's rich and famous. that's bolony! & outrage who cares if she's paris hilton so what that's not right
what about all the other regular ppl who's parents are not rich the normal ppl
who don't have the money to get them out of jail for something less outrageous that they have done. it's wrong ! wrong ! wrong ! ppl w/money do get treated differently in the justice system & you call that justice i think not!

This is very unfair to everybody that has ever been sentenced for this same violation and served their full time.
I am NOT condoning drinking and driving and ignoring suspension of licenses...I am simply saying this is sending the wrong message to people.
Is this what our system is all about? Yes! I am afraid it certainly looks like it.
The President and Vice President get upset with someone and discloses his wife's name and her security. Libby lies for them and will most probably get off with a light sentence that will be pardoned before Bush leaves Office.
Our representatives take bribes and live high off the hog, get caught and serve minimum time in 5 star facilities.
Under aged celebrities get drunk, take dope, are caught and get a pat on the hand.
Over paid married baseball players flaunt their stripper girlfriends in every body's face and get away with it.
Top politicians forget and then refuse to pay their taxes, along with high ranking retired military officials and IRS employees and thousands of others...and still get away with it and do not pay. BUT we have to pay!
WHAT LESSONS ARE WE BEING TAUGHT HERE? WHERE ARE THE MENTORS?
No wonder there is as much anger in this world.
I am happy for HEIRHEAD's parents that their daughter is once again FREE (no parent would like their child to be in this situation).
