421. In comment to #358 what she has done to all of us is show us that some are responsible for our behavior and some are not. This case has set a legal precedent that will affect us all in time. When you grow up and a family emember gets a DUI and then violates probation twice so goes to jail...remember how fair you thought it was that she got out. Also take a look at the normal statutes for house arrest! Nobody is given 3000 feet to move around in! The same concequences should be at home as were in jail...no internet, no cell phone, jail clothes, stay in your room 23 hours a day etc. Her words were she didn't want to be treated any differently....what planet does she live on?

423. What message does this send to the "entitled" generation who idolize this vacuuos entity who doesn't have the ability to read her own legal documents? We're raising a generation of hot-house flowers. I want the names of those responsible for this egregious decision.

424. hate to say it, but the rich like Paris own the US, and the rest of us can go screw. we will be poopscoopers and buttwipers for the rich, and we can only eat dog food in our trailers while they run over the poor and kill them. Brandy and Matthew Broderick and all the rest of you celebs who run over people and never get in trouble, i guess we should worship your $$$ asses and powder your pristine buttocks.

425. I am so sick of the media reporting she was incarcerated for five days! Sunday at 11:30 P.M. to Thursday at 1:30 A.M. is THREE DAYS AND TWO HOURS!!!

Poor thing...the stress of not having an adequate pillow must have caused her herpes to attack her!!

428. I BELIEVE THIS WAS ALL A SET UP. TO MAKE EVEYONE THINK SHE WOULD PAY FOR IT AND WE WERE ALL SET UP TO BELIEVE IT . OF COURSE SOME OF US WAS SMART ENOUGH TO KNOW THIS WOULD HAPPEN. I REALLY THINK THIS WAS ALL PLANNED AHEAD OF TIME !! I HOPE YOU PARIS SINK INTO HELL AND CAN'T GET UP. IF YOU READ ANY OF THESE ,YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR NOT WELL LIKED.

429. TO SUM IT UP, IT IS ALL A 'SHOW' IF SHE IS SICK WHY NOT SEND HER TO THE HOSPITAL AND NOT AT HER HOME WHERE SHE CAN DIVULGE HERSELF WITH ALL THE LUXURIES IN LIFE. SHE MUST BE LAUGHING AT THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND THE LAW.

430. DO YOU PEOPLE REALIZE HOW TRAUMATIZED PARIS MUST BE BY NOW!!!!!!! DON'T YOU HAVE A HEART???? SHE IS NOT ANOTHER MARTHA STEWART WHO CAN BAKE COOKIES WITH THE OTHER INMATES. SHE HAS VERY DELICATE FEELINGS AND IT'S ABOUT TIME SOMEONE PUT A STOP TO HER SUFFERING.

431. I can't believe the spoiled brat got to go free. All she had to do was fake a mental breakdown and they let her go. She should have had to serve her sentence, then maybe she would'nt be such a whiny spoiled bitch. All it takes I guess is to have money and be famous and you can get out of anything. Hope the ankle monitor don't cause her any mental anquish! Poor Thing!

432. It is time to boycott Paris. Don't buy any products she helps to advertise, send emails to her record label and the network who airs "The Simple Life", etc. Refuse to purchase any product that she has anything to do with... and be sure that you are very very vocal about it (so that they know WHY you no longer purchasing their products, watching certain networks, etc.).
Think about it... this time she did not hurt anyone. What if she slams in to your car or one of your loved ones' cars? Mothers Against Drunk Driving should be marching outside the jail. Celebrities cannot be above the law - you will be just as dead if they hit you. Rich or poor makes not one iota of difference.
WE NEED JUSTICE!!!!!

433. Look, folks, there are reasons for DUI laws. Let's see how understanding you will be when you are confined to a wheelchair after a drunk driver hits you. Or, see if it bothers you when they bury your little brother who is the father of 2 small children. Think it matters if the driver is a celebrity??? The consequences for the victims are just the same. How will you feel when the celebrity drunk that you supported so strongly has killed someone?

434. TYPICAL!!! Our justice system at its finest! Paris-LOSER will never, in her life, be a respectable person. Everything has been handed to her, even her recent freedom. Do the world a favor and keep her in house arrest until 2061.
