104. The whole mess stinks! Paris 'phony' Hilton is a spoiled brat who is laughing her butt off at the police. What about the other women in their jail? What about law? It's the same old story - police don't just enforce the law (joke) they also determine who suffers the consequences for breaking it. Yep, they are the judge, jury, and, well, they seem to be above the law too.
