196. GETALIFE, Weird you're one of the people posting on this site. If you have more important things to discuss go do it. I personally think a DUI is very serious, and then thumbing your nose at the justice system by not following any part of your probation is also serious. Paris is a whiny coward that can't do anything but pose for pictures and drink. I find that very sad. SHE NEEDS TO GROW A SPINE. Of course I would take the same deal she got, so I guess the fault here lies with the LASD!!!

198. RP, this is not a Double Jeopardy deal. If she breaks her house arrest agreement her original sentence is doubled and she is sent back to jail.SO THAT MEANS 6 days next time ..not 90 for sure....and their will surely be a next!!!

199. Once again we are seeing that the rich get better treatment than the rest of us. I'm sure I would be "nervous" being in jail also but I don't think the police, courts or jail attendants would care that I was up tight! Sending Paris home is a joke!! Maybe someone there will care when she kills someone while driving drunk. Don't you know the Chief of Police and the Judge will probably be driving new Bentley's next week. This entrire trial/jail incident in a mockery of our judicial system.

202. There are a lot of women in jail that are not doing well emotionally because they made a mistake and are now locked up behind it, many of these women poor and are mothers. Why does Paris Hilton get to be released because she expereinced a little mental issue, if that is even the case. This is another indication as to how celebrities and the super rich can elude serving their complete time in jail with no special treatment. I am so apauled at this. Regardless of anything, she should be made to serve her complete time just like any person out here would have to do. This country is all about giving the rich and famous anything that makes them happy because they have the money, some of it yours because of the products you buy, the movies you go see, etc. I try not to buy anything that carries any celebrity or rich person's name, but sometimes that is hard to do when they have the control, yet it is the hardworking middle class and poor that struggle everyday at low paying jobs that keep this country going. I am so tired of this obsession with Paris Hilton, Lindsey Lohan, Britney Spears, etc because what have they done to make a difference? All they do is party and sleep around, break the law and don't have to pay for their crime. Letting Paris out of jail is not fair to other inmates that have to serve their time, some in jail for the same offense as Paris, but oh....they don't have Paris's money. I too wonder if some kind of donation was given for her release or certain promises were made if she was released. God forbid her not being able to shop till she drops, have sex with any guy that pockets are deep enough, being able to get her high priced manicures and pedicures, going to her rich girl parties, and sleeping in her multi million dollar mansion. I do not believe justice was served and even though a lot of us everyday people feel the same way, I don't think our words matter because our pockets are not deeper that Paris's or should I say her father. Believe me she is at home laughing at all of us and talking on her blackberry or whatever about how she can do anything she wants and get away with because she's Paris and very rich. If more of us regular everyday people stopped picking up the tabloids among other things supporting these celebrities that could care less about you and when they commit crimes, justice is not served then maybe this would change some things. I am just sick and tired of rich people and celebrities getting anything they want and doing anything they want and getting away with it. What happens if she has a meltdown because of the electronic monitor she has to wear (as they are telling us) are they going to remove that too and just say oh forget it, your Paris Hilton we can't have you distraught over this, so your completely free. Listen young girls and women who are fascinated with Paris, don't do the things she does, because remember you don't have her money or daddy's money or celebrity status to help you out and besides what woman aspires to be an immoral and ditzy female. I could go on and on, but I have said enough already. PUT PARIS BACK IN JAIL WHERE SHE BELONGS WITH NO SPECIAL TREATMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND STOP SEGREGATING OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM!!!!!!!!

203. The sheriff was paid off to release Paris Hilton. And Hilton acted looney so she'd be released. It's outrageous. People need to call for Sheriif Lee Baca to resign immediately. Cut off the money...boycott Hilton hotels.

204. This is WRONG WRONG WRONG! She is a brat in the worst possible way and has maninpulated the legal system BIG TIME. It must be great to have her kind of money to worm your way out of responsibility. Lesson learned???? Yeah - Money means you don't have to take responsibility for any wrongdoing - just cry and you'll be rescued! So much for being treated like everyone else! This is such a sad comment on the justice system.
