274. I relly feel that someone has lost their mind, I really think that the Judge is on the right page, and he has the final say to what happens to Paris. I think he is totally correct to put her back in jail, she is no better than anyone else. If this were any common folk this wouldn't be an issue, they would go to jail and do their time and that would be the end of it. You know it's not like this is her first time getting in trouble,and it's not like she hasn't been warned. I'm glad she is in jail, I only wish she was in a cell and toughing it like normal people. You go Judge!!!!!!!!!!!

275. YA know the Judge is absolutely correct, I only hope she spends 45 days, instead of 23 days, just because she should have gotten in trouble on her first mess up! She is not above the law just because she is a celebrity, and has money!!!! She and everybody else needs to learn their lesson, there are innocent children on these roads. What would have happen if she had killed someone? Would the sheriff let her out of jail?

Harvey Levin, who represent the idea of a two separate social Legal, Justice, and Punishment Unequal treatment under the law system.
The Hilton Family and many others in the (L.A.) Los Angles County and City area are totally above the law, Under Sheriff Baca, with the support of WWW.TMZ.COM., and Harvey Levin. This has in fact brought the Hilton Family with the help of Paris Hilton into serious danger. The brother of Paris Hilton, Barron Hilton, got a Social Justice Barron Beat Down in New York City, New York, and will not stop with the Hiltons.
The Legal System found O. J. Simpson not guilty of Murder, but the Social Verdict was guilty as charged. And, the legal pundits, may feel that Paris is being made an example of , and she is by Judge Michael T. Sauer, who is looking at the MACRO PICTURE, and trying to put a lid on the pressure of the QUIET RIOT, in progress, and building. The City and County of Los Angles is a ticking time bomb, we have had full scale riots in a heart beat, and even a Presidential Candidate, has spoken to it.
A QUIET RIOT can break into a full scale one NOW! And, Paris Hilton, Sheriff Baca, WWW.TMZ.COM. and Harvey Levin are feeding the fuel that can start that fire. The RED FLAG is up, and they are throwing on the fuel.
WE CANNOT HAVE TWO SEPERATE AND UNEQUAL SYSTEMS OF JUSTICE IN ONE OF THE LARGEST CITIES IN THE UNITED STATES, AND THE LARGEST ON THE WEST COAST, BARRON HILTON GOT WHAT COULD BE JUST THE TIP OF SOCIAL JUSTICE, IN NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK. THE QUESTION NOW IS WAS THAT THE LIGHTING OF THE FUSE OF THE QUIET RIOT TO A FULL SCALE RIOT IN (L. A.)? Do we let Paris Hilton, Sheriff Baca, and WWW.TMZ.COM., Harvey Levin continue to fuel it or Judge Michael T. Sauer, put water on it?

281. TMZ ... YOU DON'T GET IT. THE JUDGE HAD EVERY RIGHT TO BE ANGRY WHEN THIS UNTALENTED, WOULD BE PORN STAR THUMBED HER CELEBRITY FINGER AT THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM. EVEN NOW, SHE IS GETTING SPECIAL TREATMENT IN A BETTER FACILITY THAN MOST OTHER INMATES GET. AND THE PUBLIC IS TIRED OF PARIS PONTIFICATING THROUGH HER ATTORNEY, PUBLICIST AND OTHER PAID FLUNKIES. If her last name was Gonzales she would have been out in 2 hours,given a ride home,an apology,food stamps and a free apartment while waiting to be deported back to Mexico,but,she's a Hiton and i guess the Judge had a bad night in a Hilton Hotel and it's payback time. If i were Hilton i would run a name check just to see if this idiot Judge ever stayed there,just for the hell of it.
