Aggressive Judge Signs Order

TMZ has obtained the order Judge Michael Sauer signed today. We're no handwriting experts, but he seems pissed.

In big, bold strokes, the judge scrawled his order, demanding that the Sheriff's Department bring Paris to court. TMZ first reported that the Sheriff refused to cooperate, on grounds the judge did not have jurisdiction.

The order reads, "LASD [Los Angeles Sheriff's Department] directed to bring D [actually a triangle -- meaning defendant] to court!!"

Too much coffee, your honor.

34. this judge needs to get life. He is looking for his 15 minutes of fame from Paris Hilton..Sauder, if you release her , paris will probably give you free ( I want to be a celebrity) lessons...just think all your good old boys at the country club will give you high five...lol

But in all fairness I have been sentenced 45 days jail and ben released in 3 or 4 days.

37. This judge is a pompous jerk. His initial setance of 45 days showed his disdain for the entitled and it's obvious that he is consumed by envy. There is no justice when the punishment doesn't fit the crime. In this case a misdemeanor.

40. Good. The sheriff had no legal right to release her and its bad enough she's only been ordered to spend half her sentence in jail...the fact she insists that she's above the law should get her even more time. Shes a useless human being, does nothing for society and frankly her image would've been left more intact if she had just done the time. Now nobody is going to ever take her seriously (if they did in the first place). 23 days in jail (not prison, as the media keeps stating) is nothing and she was in a segregated block anyways...not general population. Shes a whiny spoiled little rich kid and like other spoiled whiny rich kids...shes thinks that being wealthy means she can get away with anything.

45. She was also ordered to do rehab, was she not? If it was ordered she never did it so that was part of her breaking probation too.
