Aggressive Judge Signs Order

TMZ has obtained the order Judge Michael Sauer signed today. We're no handwriting experts, but he seems pissed.

In big, bold strokes, the judge scrawled his order, demanding that the Sheriff's Department bring Paris to court. TMZ first reported that the Sheriff refused to cooperate, on grounds the judge did not have jurisdiction.

The order reads, "LASD [Los Angeles Sheriff's Department] directed to bring D [actually a triangle -- meaning defendant] to court!!"

Too much coffee, your honor.

47. Thankfully this Judge upheld the law. Not only should Paris be present in the courtroom for her hearing, but she should serve her full and complete sentence for trying to snake her way around the Judge's order. If she meant anything she said at the MTV Movie Awards, she should voluntarily reimburse the court all expenses related to her inappropriate release. To think that you are above a Judge.....is Paris that stupid???

56. I think Harvey Levin's bias is starting to show. He was clear on Good Day LA that he thinks she's getting shafted. Again...I suppose drunk drivers are okay if they are rich, blond and from a powerful family.

57. Good for the judge. I think it's funny how TMZ makes him out to be a crazy man. Just because it sickens him to see some stupid $(%*# get away with whatever she wants because she's famous doesn't mean he's over caffeinated. There are many people unduring harsher situations than Paris and her lame 45 day "jail" sentence in a private cell. Sounds more like detention at high school. Grow up Paris. You put people's lives in jeopardy when you speed down the streets above the speed limit with no headlights on in your Bentley with your suspended licence. You don't have the right to put people in danger because of your stupidity, and you SHOULD be serving much more time. So stop crying. You're right, it's not fair. Other people actually have to face full consequences of laws that they break.

60. So lets say that the judge is just looking for his 15 min of fame ( which I dont believe) but doesnt it make it even better. She has helped create a look at me enviorment in our culture, seems like poetic justice that it comes back to bite her on the ass. Oh not to mention that in the end its all 100% the right thing to do. She is on drugs thou, no doubt in my mind.
