Aggressive Judge Signs Order

TMZ has obtained the order Judge Michael Sauer signed today. We're no handwriting experts, but he seems pissed.

In big, bold strokes, the judge scrawled his order, demanding that the Sheriff's Department bring Paris to court. TMZ first reported that the Sheriff refused to cooperate, on grounds the judge did not have jurisdiction.

The order reads, "LASD [Los Angeles Sheriff's Department] directed to bring D [actually a triangle -- meaning defendant] to court!!"

Too much coffee, your honor.

62. Paris and her family keep crying about how UNFAIR this whole thing is. They may be right.. but since when has Paris Hilton ever cared about FAIRNESS?

Is it fair that she brags that companies pay her half a million dollars just to “show up and wave at people”, while I go to work every day and don’t make even a fraction of that?

Is it fair that tons of people are turned away from her precious nightclubs while they watch Paris and her privileged friends waltz right inside?

Is it fair that underage drinking is illegal, yet anybody partying with Paris seems to get exempted from these laws as they party in bars and clubs?

Is it fair when Paris steals someone else’s boyfriend and laughs at the heartbreak of the “friend” she screwed over?

Is it fair that Paris Hilton has all the riches she could want and never had to do anything to earn it?

Is it fair that millions of families go without food or other basic necessities while people like Paris Hilton have diamond collars on their dogs and gold toilet seats?

Sorry, Paris. I agree with you. You are probably NOT being treated fairly because of who you are.
But I never hear you bitch about the PRIVILEGES that go with your lifestyle, so stop bitching about the “unfairness” that goes with it.

66. Nicole is on one of the late night shows tonight. I can't remember which one. Should be interesting as she will probably be wearing more makeup than usual to cover her face as all the blood has now drained out of it out of fear. Won't be the laughing like she did on Letterman the other night.

69. judge sauer--you are the man. you gave us hope that not everyone in the legal system can be bought off. it was the right thing to do when you had her come back to jail. no one should be above the law--not me-not paris hilton or anyone else. the law was supposed to be made for everyone and enforced the same way no matter how much money you have. i for one applaud you
