This whole thing is obviously a joke ... she won't go back to jail ... and yes, at the end of her terrible house arrest she'll be bad on Robertson & clubbing it because she's an attention whore and can't handle being out of the spotlight ... loves the attention good or bad ... remember the porn video ... she really doesn't care as long as we're all paying attention to her. All I hope is that the Sheriff does not get re-elected to another term, the new season of The Simple Life does not get ratings and that people start staying at Marriotts or Westins instead of the Hilton brand hotels ... these are the only things that will get real attention because their cash flow is connected to the success. Pop culture is completely out of control .... to the idiots who think that people like Paris, Lindsey and Britney are positive influences on our kids ... WOW! ... I'm afraid for the future generations ... where do you go from here? So basically, turn off your TV's ... switch hotel brands and use your power to elect a new sheriff when the time comes ... more action, less words!

Kennedys are drowning, raping, killing and driving drunk for decades and get away with it nearly everytime.
OJ bought his way out of a double homicide.
Of course Scooter Libby gets jail for 30 months for having a difference of opinion about a memory of something that was not a crime in the first place, and where the prosecutor knew who had actually leaked before he even started the 'investigation'.
There seems to be a pattern here.
And until we start voting with our wallets and holding the rich and slimy acocuntable, we will only get more of it.

123. And the travesty of justice contines. I believe the Hilton money owns the justice system in California. I do not believe for one moment that medical reasons prevent her from appearing in court. I do not believe that the police department can't control the media at the court house. I do believe that she is getting special treatment because she is rich and famous.

Wonder how the Judge will feel if she hangs up on him.

And as far as her leaving her house to go to court that would create crazy drama with the people outside her house.
