1682. I'm glad she's in jail, maybe this will give her a reality check that she's needs. They need to give her real jail treatment and put her in a cell with some level 8 and 9 women. And these 5 days they said she's already did time for is BS, she only did a day and a half, give her 3 more frickin days! And Baca needs to be fired and put in jail himself for his shady activity! I have a friend who is in that same jail, maybe if she acts like she has "psychiatric issues" they'll let her go on house arrest too. Or maybe thats only for Paris Hilton?

I am thrilled to death she is going back, she dis obeyed the law, whether she thought she could drive to and from work or not (the girl has never worked a day in her life mind you)she made an mistakes just like everyone else who make mistakes, and get in trouble for not thinking correctly, and any regular joe would have to pay the price) this just so happens to be jailtime, and we wouldn't be able to afford appeals to the court and lawyers and dr's trying to get us out of it, so she should do her time and suck it up, BRAT!

And NO the Judge is not an A--hole, he was doing what needed to be done. I hope you go in front of him one day and call him that, only then will you see if he is what you called him.......

1689. I think there are some people who are in fact jealous of this girls priviliged life, which is not really fair, as we cannot choose our parents. Paris Hilton might be wild, and spoiled, but isn't that the fault of over-indulgent parents? And how many of YOU wouldn't act and live the same way as her if you were given too much money and too much freedom too soon. i see Paris as a distorted idea of the American dream; The representation of youth, beauty, and wealth. like it or not, she is an American icon, and we all have made her a celebrity by writing about her, and talking about her and giving her this much attention. I like Paris, and I don' t think she deserves to be in prison. Prison is for criminals, and this girl isn't a criminal. I don't even believe she was drunk when she was pulled over. It is easy to forget to turn on the headlights in an area as well-lit as that part of LA. She was exceeding the speed limit, but not because she was drunk. Irresponsible, but not drunk. So the punishment should fit the crime. And why waste tax dollars keeping her inside for that long? Incidentally, no one should be surprised that she lost it in court, and is terrified, as she has led a very sheltered life, and this is plainly too much for her too handle. Again, blame the parents. Letting her out of jail and then throwing her back in; just plain cruel and sadistic. so let her out, you nazi pigs!

1690. I hope she DOES turn to God, because she is morally disgusting. She's in this position now because she's filled her life with partying and drinking too much not to mention everything else. She deserves to go back to jail, and she NEEDS to be in jail or else she won't learn. She's under the impression that she's above the law, and judging by her statement made in court "this isn't right", she doesn't understand that she deserves alot worse. She could have killed someone because of her actions. Thats not something that should be taken lightly - and I think her sentence is a whole lot more than fair. Its sad to me that her hollywood status makes her think she is more important than anyone else in her position.

1691. Paris Hilton, just another name for spoil brat. She is going back to jail for how long? WHo Knows!! This may be what she needed to get herself some help if she really is mentally ill **rolling eyes** However, to all those who think she got unfair Justice, think how society would feel if she while under the influence injured or killed someone? The public cry would've been "why wasn't something done?" So regardless if you love or hate her, it's the potential for what could've been that has me concerned.
