The judge has just addressed the court and said, "I don't know why the defendant couldn't be treated at Lynwood, because they have a great medical facility."

153. I really don't get it. If Hilton had any BONIFIDE medical or mental issues it certainly would have been presented to the judge at the time of sentencing. This is the first thing attorneys look for in getting sentences reduced or incarceration settings changed. Hilton's "break down" in the system is purely from her own self created hysteria over having to be responsible and pay the consequences of her actions. Paying consequences is something she has never had to do. It is part of becoming an adult. It's time for both to occur. Another poster pointed out that she's probably going through withdrawals from the street drugs she takes. Point taken. In that case, the authorities should send her to dry out in detox . This girl needs to face her issues one way or another. If she's smart, she'll take her lumps and learn something that will only benefit her in the end. I have no sympathy for someone who behaves as carelessly as she.
