The judge has just addressed the court and said, "I don't know why the defendant couldn't be treated at Lynwood, because they have a great medical facility."
HEY PARIS...YOU STUPID B*%$# !!!! WHERE IS ALL MOMMY AND DADDYS MONEY NOW!!??
WELCOME TO THE REAL WORLD.....
THEY SAID THAT SHE'S JUST GONNA TAKE THIS TIME AND REFLECT AND THINK ABOUT HOW SHE CAN BE A BETTER CONTRIBUTE TO THIS WORLD!!
YEAH RIGHT IT'S MORE LIKE SHES JUST GONNA SEE WHO'S MAN SHE CAN SCREW NEXT! IT WON'T BE LONG SHE WILL HAVE GONE THRU EVERY GUY IN CALIFORNIA.
THE ONLY THING SHE CONTRIBUTING TO THIS WORLD IS SPREDING HER STDS AROUND!!
EVER SEE A BEAUTIFUL RIPE APPLE THEN TAKE A BITE AND FIND OUT ITS ROTTEN INSIDE...THATS HER!!!
OMG!!! People it is NOT uncommon for ANY facility that is overcrowded , to release someone after they have served only one-tenth ( or less ) of their sentence. The difference is , once an UNKNOWN offender is released - that is it - they are free from their sentence- time served . ( This is definitely a case where being a celebrity os NOT helping) At least they were going to make her serve the complete sentence under house arrest. Don't get me wrong - I am NOT a Paris Hilton fan , but Jesus! If you want to be angry and indignant , then get that way when they release a sex offender to make room for some "hardened " criminal, like Paris, who has committed a traffic offense.
I agree stop asting tax payers money! I personally have a sister that allways has herself in some kind of drama, and is in and out of jail, she's thrown everything at them from anxiety to heart problems, and they have NEVER given her house arrest, seperated her form the generalpop, or even given her a second thougt to her well being and have excusd it as a temper tantrum. LETS BER REAL , no one wants to go to jail thats what it is JAIL that is the point ! to not to want to go ! and fo your stay to be miserable so the one learns their lesson. GROW UP PARIS ITS TIME TO FACE SOMEONE OTHER THAN YOU PRIVILGED PARENTS AND REALIZE THAT A " I"M SORRY, but THAT"S HOT" is not going to get you out of this one, or at least I hope. GEES its 2 1/2 weeks, and they already given you credit for 5 days even though its been really 3, get it over with already
"19. yeah medical not mental... there not going to be happy until that poor girl kills her self then thye'll be mad when there all being sued this is obsurd... i mean there are rapist and murderers out there and they are worried about this?"
Obviously no one in your family has been plowed in to by a drunk driver. There is NO EXCUSE for drinking and driving. She broke the law more than once and she should pay for doing it.
Hey that's interesting...I bet she IS withdrawing from all those prescription drugs. I'm sure she has a pharm full. Maybe that's why she has a rash...
handcuffs? c'mon..... paris has already served what is usual and customary for her offense...... power hungry judges..... i am not buying it....... it's baca's choice how he handles HIS prisoners...... get a life all you jealous losers...... FREE PARIS
Hallalujah! Justice has been served - SHE'S BACK IN JAIL. And I understand she didn't go nicely - but rather kicking and screaming. Too bad. Now they need to go after that mother Kathy, who raised this little brat. Thank you judge.
You people are unjustifiably and absolutely sick.
Go about your own business and worry about your own daily life instead of getting your kicks coming here to show off who has the least amount of compassion, or who harbours destructive feelings for an individual you have no true connections with.
The display from each of you is really what is disturbing.
76. We've all heard how the judge was tough on her. Judges are also tough on average Joe criminals too. Regardless of whether it's common to release criminals early - it doesn't matter!!!!!!!!!! The fact that she has the bank to hire a driver and still insisted on pooing all over the judicial system makes her crime unforgiveable.
Her medical condition didn't stop her from partying, shouldn't stop her from sitting in a cell and reading books for a few days. She can start with the picture books with small words and work her way up.
OMG! She's been remanded for the whole 45 days by the judge till otherwise notified. As I live and breath and sit here watching it live - SHE'S BAAAAAAAAAACK!
Jake:
What happened to Brandy has ZERO to do with Paris. Brandy wasn't determined to be drunk nor was she determined to be high when she was involved in the car accident that (unfortunately) killed someone's mother. Car accidents happen daily and in a fraction of a second in some cases, oftentimes not through the fault of the person accused.
I was hit by a drunk driver while in a car with my aunt and cousin and it is by the grace of God that I can sit here and type today. I sustained no injuries although the car, a Volkswagen Beetle, completely fell apart. The drunk man who hit us and could've killed us was a doctor. Being a child, that is something that you don't understand and never forget. Being an adult, that is something that you cannot excuse.
The main difference between Brandy and Paris is that Brandy hasn't run around making racially derogatory comments and calling other people (who have money) poor because they don't have what she has. The other difference is that Brandy has lost jobs (though she was involved in an accident and not charged with vehicular manslaughter) and she has been sued for over $50 million (as if that woman was worth that much or would've ever earned that much in her lifetime) as a result of not one, but two lawsuits. Brandy's reputation is being besmirched by people who do not know her personally nor do they work with her. (Yet David Hasselhoff the drunk is still on America's Got Talent.)
I am a legal professional, and as harsh as it sounds, people's families don't receive multimillion dollar settlements in cases where people were killed or died because relatives lost their mother, wife, sister, daughter, etc. Offers are made based on one's occupation, potential earnings, etc. It may seem shallow and superficial, not unlike Paris, but it is the law.
There will be a lot uncovered as a result of the Brandy matter and once it is uncovered, I sincerely hope that the uneducated members of society wake up and take notice. If people were smart, they'd realize that Paris being "reassigned" from jail to home for being a recidivist (repeat offender) is a slap in the face to law abiding citizens EVERYWHERE, regardless of our race, ethnicity, gender or financial backgrounds. That is why so many people are up in arms over this matter.
I personally served the 30 days sentence for violating the probabtion. Now i see the event unfolded about Paris. it made me vomitteer!!! I am deaf and had difficult treatment from sheriff but didnt get any special treatment. Jeeez!!
