92. You people are all freaks. when you break this down to its simplest form, she is being punished on a level that there is no prescedence for. How many people have been pulled over for a suspended license and then spent more than 1 hour in jail for processing? Not many, she is being made a nexample of and due to her status it is becoming a media frenzy that all of you are buying in to. None the less I am amazed no one was outraged when Michelle Rodriguez spent only 2 hours of her 60 day sentence in jail. Don't ge tme wrong I do not Paris or the impact she has on the society today, but that doesn't mean I want her hung by her neck int eh public suare. Back down you rabid dogs.

94. First - the Judge should run for President!!! Second - she should do all 45 days and go right back into the clinker, no going back home. Third - for the length of her incarceration, the media (and I mean ALL the meda) should be absolutely forbidden to mention her name. Can you imagine 45 days without hearing the name Paris Hilton???

101. This is ridiculous!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT?!! The news just said that the Sheriff said that Paris wont be going to court, that she will talk over the phone! The Sheriff dept. is protecting her...Why???? Now the judge said, tooo bad, she has to get back here & appear in person by noon;....Good for the Judge!! That Sheriff Baca needs to BE FIRED!!! 104. This judge is the only one holding Paris accountable for anything. He is the only one doing his job in this mess. Paris should have known that she should make her appearance in court. I don't care who told her it was ok to stay home and just "phone it in", but it's still her fault for acting like a pansy. MAKE YOUR COURT APPEARANCE PARIS! Thank God for this judge.
