227. Thank God for Judge Michael Sauer! Paris was given 3 opportunities and SHE struck out! She deserves to serve her time. You do not need to be a rocket scientist to know that drinking and driving kills. She is just lucky that she never killed anyone.

From most comments here to most comments from newscasters today - supposed adult educated people - it's been as shocking as if they were the cast for Mean Girls: Note; male newscasters - you've proven the state of metro-sexuality going into complete emasculated gossipy effeminate he-shes. I will no longer watch Fox News, as Greta, Geraldo and for the most part Cavuto were those I saw with any sense. Sheriff Baca is a rare real up-standing M.A.N. of today, and is a nearly extinct hero we need CLONED! To all that haven't followed how outrageously and unfairly this is against LEGAL AND FAIR TREATMENT, 1). Listen to Baca's intelligent words. 2). Don't you all wish you were her. 3). This is just a common saddening episode of those less privileged, less lovely, and oh so jealous. Celubutante? Have YOU been a Trump Model, been in Playboy, done the designer model runways since a teen, been in films - whether you like her's or not, been the star of the sexiest TV commercial ever made, written a book, had a several season renewed TV show, put out a book, opened night clubs AND recorded a CD/album, etc.? How about ONE of those things, you petty, jealous, sickening majority of what the world is made of: Mean Kids that come from petty, jealous, (FAT?), mean parents you learned your ways from. Paris is always poised, sweet and gracious. Today - esp. due to most newscasters, made me sickened by the times. LEAVE PARIS ALONE! FEW are as sweet and deep down sensitive and fragile as she, despite how strong she has to appear due to the cruelty of the common person every blasted day. Bottom line: Don't YOU ALL WISH you were her. Not a question, of course you do! Focus on human decency, compassion and developing some character!

Oh, goodness...I forgot to list her accomplishments in ALSO having designer perfume, jewelry...people elect to forget her constant drive to achieve of her own accord, often forgetting she even has a multi season renewed reality show. Why? With ALL she's done - while she need do NOTHING - all that forget her long list of accomplishments simply wish to have such selective memory!

232. After reading most the posts, it was clear, no one addressed who Paris is. All allege to know what she is ... an over spoiled rich kid? Does she deserve to be in jail? The court thought so. Did she break the law? She admitted to doing so. But this does not address who she is. Ms Hilton may be a good person ( that is kind, caring and so on). But what has she done to give back to the society -- to the country -- to the nation -- that has allowed her family to live such a life style? I dare say she has never helped the needy, the homeless or the hungry. Perhaps, she has and just missed the photo ops?
Maybe her jail time and society would be best served if she had to spend it working a soup kitchen or homless shelter.

236. Paris is burning! Burn, baby, burn! She could have KILLED someone, then she showed total disregard for the decision of the court, she broke probation, and felt she was above the law.

AND JUSTICE FOR ALL....NOT just you and me!

So she threw a bitch fit, had a temper tantrum, and got out of jail free....HA! Now, bipolzr disorder??? The designer diagnosis and SUPREME excuse. Bipolar people know they are doing wrong but just don't CARE. And that is SO CONVENIENT an excuse.
