Lindsay Works Out as Dad Sweats It in Court

Some supposedly famous starlet by the name of Lindsay Lohan was spotted by cameras on her way to work out. Lindsay who? And what's with the two-fingered salute? Ever seen anything like that?

La Lohan took some time out from Promises to rock the gym, perhaps to get herself ready for a visit from mom Dina, who was supposedly on her way out to see her daughter for the first time since Lindsay arrived at the facility late last month.

Meanwhile, TMZ caught up with her dad Michael at Westbury Family Court, where he's fighting for the right to visit his kids. He told us that he was "frustrated" with the result, which was another delay in the proceedings, caused by Dina's absence. There was no word on when the case would reconvene.

16. Rehab - they will most likely FORCE her into a 12 step program, which is a religious CULT based on God. It has a very low success rate, and makes people so dependent on meetings that they're incapable of knowing their own strength. Almost ALL cities in America force offenders into AA, NA, etc., as do most rehab centers. Most people aren't given a choice - it's forced religion disguised as "rehab".

24. Dinah ditched out on court with the excuse she was going to see Lindsay--a week ago--hmmmmm--guess she may not be on the guest list, after all. I feel sorry for Lindsay's Dad who Dina is jerking over using Lindsay only as an excuse not to go to court!!

Lots of dummies--your right. she'd probably give them all her 7 mil to trade places with her as long as they took her addiction and mom. lindsay, unlike paris has never insulted gays blacks etc and even supported paris after paris laughed as that greasy guy with her bashed lindsay. She made her money and worked hard. I hope she's serious this time around because she will die if she isn't and the fact some seem to want that to happen makes me want to throw up!

27. You can pity Michael Lohan Sr. for his personality disorder and his despair, but have no sympathy for him with regard to visitation; he is a wild and abusive man who should stay away from Dina and the dhildren.
