213. Well Harvey I guess you really missed that call. You thought just because she has money, is a socialite and hangs with the "in" crowd she could do what she wanted. You exposed your ignorance of the law in saying the sheriff could release her regardless of what the judge said. I hate to inform you that the judge is superior to a sheriff. The sheriff carries out the judges sentence. The sheriff was out of line and acted outside his authority. Maybe Miss Hilton and the other hollywood "got to be seen" crowd will now get it. Underage drinking...to jail, DUI...to jail, violate probation...to jail. Maybe you can find a real job and stick with what you know...which apparently is not very much.

214. I see the picture you have circle drawn around someone wearing a gray sweat suit but that doesn't appear to be what Paris is wearing in the photo of her in the police card. I think perhaps you have mistaken someone else for Paris, as I don't believe that is she in the gray sweats.

If you click on the celebrity justice link and scroll down to "Paris' sob story" you can see a much closer picture of her in the police car.

219. TO ALL OF YOU WHO THINK PARIS SHOULD BE FREE, REMEMBER THAT SHE ALREADY GOT A BREAK WHEN SHE WAS SENTENCED TO 3 YEARS PROBATION FOR THE DUI . THE JUDGE WAS LENIENT IN HIS SENTENCE BECAUSE SHE WAS A FIRST TIME OFFENDER AND IT WAS APPROPRIATE. SHE THEN WAS CAUGHT VIOLATING HER PROBATION WITHIN THE FIRST FEW MONTHS OF IT AND GOT AN EXTREMELY LIGHT SENTENCE OF WHAT WOULD ONLY HAVE BEEN 5 DAYS IF SHE HAD STUCK IT OUT. SHE DIDNT HAVE A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN, SHE WENT TO JAIL MEDICATED (HIGH) AND CAME DOWN. WHO THOUGHT DOPING HER UP WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA? WHAT SHE HAD WAS A TANTRUM, LIKE A THREE YEAR OLD..... YOU KNOW HOW THAT SOUNDS WHEN THEY CRY AND WAIL FOR HOURS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GET THEIR WAY??? RICK AND KATHY HILTON KNOW THAT SOUND. THEY SHOULD HAVE STRAIGHTENED HER OUT THEN. WHAT SHE REALLY NEEDS IS A DETOX. SHE COULD END UP IN GENERAL POPULATION FOR THIS STUNT.. YOU OR I WOULD THE JUDGE IS A RIGHTEOUS MAN, AND THE SHERRIFFS DEPARTMENT IS IN CONTEMPT AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. THE SMART DEPUTIES WILL PROBABLY BE PUTTING IN THEIR PAPERS FOR RETIREMENT ON MONDAY. PARIS IS A JUVENILE, IRRESPONSIBLE SPOILED BRAT AT 26 AND SHE NEEDS TO DO THE WHOLE 45. 222. I had a DUI, felony fleeing, and assault chg., I was sentenced to 2 yrs. on some counts. I went to prison and served 3 months, due to good behav. and overcrowding. I recd. mercy.
Simply because the Hiltons are affluent, people not only want her to so as much time as
anyone else, they want her to do MORE. The same people who are intrigued by her beauty,
despise her because of it. She will hopefully survive this, and she will be forever changed.
The fact is, however, that anyone else would have been released early. Being a public icon
has in this instance cost her, as the judge intends to make her an example of how celebrities will be dealth with when they disregard the court.

223. This skinny, whining, rich girl needs to shut her mouth and serve out her sentence just like the rest of us would have to do. It's time celebrities STOPPED thinking and acting like they are above the law, --she (knowingly) screwed up and now she needs to face the consequences of her actions. Her mother also needs to STOP acting like this is the end of the world for gawd sakes.......They would set a better example if she and her mom just bucked up and dealt with it and got it over without making such a circus out of it all. Thank God, she didn't have an accident and kill someone.

225. everyone knows that it's not a good idea to wear regular clothes when one might be going to jail. if you spend any time there and have to eat the food, you will gain weight and not fit into the clothes you came in. good idea to just wear something loose and baggy. who are you trying to impress anyway? it's all about comfort.
