Hilton Ordered Back to Jail!!!

Paris Will Spend Weekend in Med Jail

Paris Hilton will probably spend the weekend in a medical ward at the jail facility where she surrendered Sunday night, referred to as Twin Towers.

We're told the plans will firm up within an hour. Hilton will stay there over the weekend, when her lawyer will file an appeal, called a writ of habeas corpus, which means, essentially, the body is being held illegally.

Paris Heads Back to the Big House

Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her 45-day sentence. She'll get credit for 5 days already served.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom, it's not right."

One witness said that Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

Hilton's mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now." Paris' father Rick is still in the courtroom.

A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.

TMZ has learned, Hilton's lawyer will appeal the judge's ruling. That appeal will be filed either late today or Monday.

Crazy Paparazzi Crush as Paris Hauled Off

Paris In cuffs: Click to launch video
Paris Hilton has just arrived at an L.A. courthouse in cuffs, and if things don't go her way, she could be spending the foreseeable future in jail.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the reason the hearing was delayed for two hours is because the Sheriff's Department refused to follow the judge's order to pick up Hilton at her West Hollywood home. We're told the Sheriff believes his department has exclusive authority to decide where Paris goes -- not the judge. After several hours, the deputies picked Hilton up and drove her off. The paparazzi crush was simply unbelievable.

Hilton was released early Thursday morning, after serving five days of a 23-day sentence. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Hilton was "reassigned" to home detention after her shrink visited her and told authorities in the Sheriff's Department that Hilton was in danger of having a nervous breakdown.

Yesterday, the Los Angeles City Attorney filed a motion asking the judge to return Hilton to jail and to hold the Sheriff's Paris Heads to CourtDepartment in contempt of court for letting her out.

Tour buses made Hilton's home a must-see this morning, as a crush of media recorded everything from the ground and in the air.

As Hilton made her way to court, helicopters followed overhead in OJesque-style.

By the way, Hilton went to court looking like a rice farmer, wearing drab grey sweats!

TMZ will have a blow-by-blow of what happens in court, so c'mon back.

4007. Kick, push, and coast....and a way we go....

Like the commercial on television, "Life comes at your fast" and the best thing to do is to buckle up
and go for the ride. Paris Hilton is in this seat, and the best thing to do is do not fight it, and go
through with the sentencing and let the proper professionals deal with the legal issues and decisions.

Withal, she did break the law, but in all fairness to her as a human being, as Ann Coulter
alluded to on one of the news talk shows that the sentences was not the usual punishment
for such crimes.

Personally, I have been in several courtrooms, and have seen others released on probation
for much more severe crimes and this decision by the judge has been a harsh. However,
I understand the reason, the judge more than likely felt that Ms. Hilton was breaking the
law with wreckless disregard and respect for the past decisions, especially with her
driving for several months and her pictures in every magazine displaying this disregard.

Unfortunately, this is going to end up in a power struggle with her being the victim and suffering
emotional damage throughout the process. Eventually Hollywood will come to the rescue
for her even though they shamed her at the MTV awards, Hollywood takes care of their own,
and regardless, of liking her or disliking her, someone will step up and speak as a Advocate
on her behalf.

These points taken, it is not about 40 or 28 days, it is going to be about the decision being made
clearly, and then administering it clearly with justice. She whether guilty or not guilty, has this right,
and everyone else in this jail cell had this experience without the emotional "flogging".

If the LA judical system does not get a handle on this situation, they are going to make a mockery
of the courts, the system, and damage the character of this family and emotionally wound
this woman, and end up in a huge multi-million dollar law suit.

Personally, I think that the judges decision was warranted, but much to severe. She should have
only served five to ten days in jail; been fined; placed under house arrest with psychological
counseling; and then after her time served, given community service for six months. This would
be drawn out over time, and served as accountability over her life and much more effective.

In closing, she is a human being, and justice is not being served fairly and appropriately as in other case with the same offense.

4009. That judge is SUPER HOT!! She is a spoiled brat and the sad thing is that her parents are to blame for raising such an irresponsible, rude, stupid and egotistical child. How dare she call for 'Mom", mom wasn't behind the wheel, she was and they are still trying to save her. No wonder she is like that. However, knowing Paris and the American public, there is a strong likelihood of a made for TV movie or tell all book "Paris, 45 days in the pokey!" and people are going to buy it. As long as there is a demand for Paris like behavior, the paparazzi, the parents catering to her whims and the entourage once she's out , she will not learn anything constructive from her experience. Well, maybe one thing - don't get caught. She will never grow up to be an "Adult". Does she know what that means, anyway?

4012. I hate her!! SHe acts as if she's the only one in the world and that she is truly suffering! SHe's not. That's a piece of cake, maybe she'll start thinking in jail... (hopefully something happens to her in the shower..never drop the soap in jail)

4013. Please!!! Give me a Break!! She should do her time and shut the hell up! What makes her so special that she should break the law not once but four times .... The Law has been more than lienent with that chick but she took it as a joke and she has to pay the price just like everyone else for breaking the law!!! The sheriff's department in that township should be reprimanded for trying to over rule the judge's decision to send Paris to Jail. Worse Case Senario: What if she were placed under house arrest and she some how got out of her house and committed another DUI infraction only this time she seriously or fatally murdered someone !!! Would that so called "Undisclosed Medical Condition" Claim hold up in court ? Please Paris Do Your Time and Grow UP!!!!

4014. Hey Mr. Kerr I don't think she is gonna do you. Stop trying to kiss her ass. She can't sue anyone! America and Freedom of speech. Sure she is hot as hell and I wouldn't mind getting drunk with her. But it doesn't take three arrests and who knows how many warnings for a smarter person to get the picture. Stay home!

4015. I have read all the comments in regard to a Girl who can't help most of her actions as
this is the way she was brought up, more than likely by her Nanny. If she was brought up in the Great depression as I was, she would have respect for the law #1. #2She has known from day one that Her family had money and she would want for nothing! This explains a lot of her foolish actions. She has never had any basic training for life, and after she reached the age of four years old it was too late! A Child gets more education before the age of four than all the rest of their life. This was the time she fell through the cracks (so to speak) to prepare her for adulthood. My heart goes out to her and all the Child Celebrities that end up wasting what could have been a Wonderful Life!
Take George Bush's Daughter's, do we ever hear anything about them unless they are in trouble? I even forget that the President of the United States has Children.
As much as I hate to say it , I do believe Paris should go to jaul and have no ;TV, I-Pod,
Cell Phone or anything that the other prisoners are denied. Put her to work in the laundry
so she can appreciate how her clothes are always clean, or some other domestic duty she takes for granted, and ignore the fact she is having a nervous breakdown, (she won't) Take me for instance I am paranoid of the police, and I have never had any association with the law, except for a driving ticket and a divorce. When a Policeman is by my car, I feel as if I am having an anxiety attack. It passes, and life passes and sometimes it takes some alteration in our lives for us to wake up!
Do your time Paris, and show the world what kind of stuff you are really made of.
I will pray for you and when you get out, you are welcome to my humble APT. for ham, beans, and cornbread.GOD BLESS and we will see you when you get out, if you are a changed person and not the fake you present yourself to be.
Sincerely, Grama

4016. I think Paris needs to do what any other person would have to do if they were in her shoes. That would be to go to jail. Others people would have not had THREE chances to get away with her charges. Just because her parents' have money, and she snubbed her nose at the law, she thinks she is better than other people. Thank GOD, at least she hasnt run over anyone or killed anyone with her car. She needs to serve her time!!!!

I hope she learns a lesson. Before she does kill someone. Then she will have a nervous breakdown.

4019. This is so lame. Why should she be treated differently from anyone else? Because she has money? If that's the case, than anyone with money can commit crimes and not pay for them, just pay their way out of the consequences.

This whole nervous breakdown, crying routine is plainly to get the public's sympothy. I have no sympothy -- she knew the law. She's been arrogantly tempting fate believing that she was untouchable because of her celebrity rich girl status. She needs to learn that money can't buy everything! It can't buy class and it can't buy -- shouldn't be able to buy a "get out of jail" card unless the justice system is wiling to make that the rule for all.
This whole drama is a sham and an embarrassment to the American Judicial System.
Shame! Shame!

4020. I think it is sad, this young lady needs some serious help and her need for media attention is just an example of how badly she needs it.
