Hilton Ordered Back to Jail!!!

Paris Will Spend Weekend in Med Jail

Paris Hilton will probably spend the weekend in a medical ward at the jail facility where she surrendered Sunday night, referred to as Twin Towers.

We're told the plans will firm up within an hour. Hilton will stay there over the weekend, when her lawyer will file an appeal, called a writ of habeas corpus, which means, essentially, the body is being held illegally.

Paris Heads Back to the Big House

Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her 45-day sentence. She'll get credit for 5 days already served.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom, it's not right."

One witness said that Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

Hilton's mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now." Paris' father Rick is still in the courtroom.

A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.

TMZ has learned, Hilton's lawyer will appeal the judge's ruling. That appeal will be filed either late today or Monday.

Crazy Paparazzi Crush as Paris Hauled Off

Paris In cuffs: Click to launch video
Paris Hilton has just arrived at an L.A. courthouse in cuffs, and if things don't go her way, she could be spending the foreseeable future in jail.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the reason the hearing was delayed for two hours is because the Sheriff's Department refused to follow the judge's order to pick up Hilton at her West Hollywood home. We're told the Sheriff believes his department has exclusive authority to decide where Paris goes -- not the judge. After several hours, the deputies picked Hilton up and drove her off. The paparazzi crush was simply unbelievable.

Hilton was released early Thursday morning, after serving five days of a 23-day sentence. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Hilton was "reassigned" to home detention after her shrink visited her and told authorities in the Sheriff's Department that Hilton was in danger of having a nervous breakdown.

Yesterday, the Los Angeles City Attorney filed a motion asking the judge to return Hilton to jail and to hold the Sheriff's Paris Heads to CourtDepartment in contempt of court for letting her out.

Tour buses made Hilton's home a must-see this morning, as a crush of media recorded everything from the ground and in the air.

As Hilton made her way to court, helicopters followed overhead in OJesque-style.

By the way, Hilton went to court looking like a rice farmer, wearing drab grey sweats!

TMZ will have a blow-by-blow of what happens in court, so c'mon back.

46. Well, after reading laouida's comment, I realize we've got bigger problems than what happens to Paris Hilton ...... whew, talk about out of left field! Scary, people. Be very afraid.

47. awwwwww... poor sad multi-millionaire, she might actually have to show some responsibility for her stupidity. doesn't that just break your heart? we have poor and homeless people in our country right now, how about we give them the money that they need instead of wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars in court fees, sheriff's fees, media, security and all the other crap associated with putting the little princess in jail. maybe then we would actually have a news story worth paying attention to.

48. OK, while I am not a fan of drunk drivers and would rather see her more notable for more than being an heiress, this is ridiculous. I'm embarassed as an American that this got more media coverage than Kelsey smith's body being found and honestly, as much as we would like to see her accountable, we shouldn't make an undue example out of her. Demanding life imprisonment, death, slandering her with "various STDs" and all the rest of the crap I've been reading makes me ashamed. She is a human-being, and all human beings deserve some compassion and fair treament. We wee up in arms that her sentence was reduced to 23 days for good behavior, yet that is the standard practice, right? Non-violent offenders get out in as little as 10% of the time, but not Paris, because Paris Hilton deserves to be nailed to the wall right? Why don't we just build a special brick structure, dump her in there naked and then feed her whenever. Will that make you happy? I am African-American, and just me I believe in fair and equitable treatment, but she should be accountable to the standards as everyone, no less and ALSO no more. Originally I wanted to see her go to jail to learn responsiblity but now, I'm honestly on the warpath for Arnie's pardon. She has become a media circus. Paris in handcuffs? What for, she was in custody no? Ahh, but its Paris hilton, lets get the shameful picture and humiliate her. It's ridiculous. As an American, I expect better.

49. Its time to make an example of "celebrities" who think they are above the law,
Comtempt is contempt. Do you think the average Mr. &Mrs. America would have gotten away with this B.S. ???? Just make sure she does not annoy the other folks trying to pay an honest dept to society. Hope Judge Sauer adds on "90" for contempt!!!

50. I think she should go to jail simply for just about giving ME A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN! I think the public should boycott the Hilton Hotels and any other assets. I realize they have enough money for generations, but hitting someone in the pocketbook always get their attention. She is a disgrace to the young generation. ROT IN JAIL.

51. AW COME ON... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH .. LEAVE THAT POOR GIRL ALONE. YOU SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF HER. .THAT WAS THE INTENTION. IM SURE SHE KNOWS BETTER NOW. FORGET ABOUT THE MONEY AND POOR LITTLE RICH GIRL. SHE;S A HUMAN BEING .. WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO HURT HER SO MISERABLELY? ENOUGH ... !!!!!!!

52. This is a complete waste of time. Do you all really have so much time on your hands as to waste it getting angry over someone you don't know? Just leave Paris alone. She has not gotten preferential treatment as far as I can see. Go take a walk, go to the beach, go smell the roses, go read a good book, get educated. Give this a rest, there are more pressing issues in the world. jettie in sd

53. OH PLEASE GIVE ME A BREAK, WHO CARES ABOUT THIS LITTLE SNOB ANYWAY, SHE DID THE CRIME, LET HER DO THE TIME , LIKE EVERYONE ELSE WOULD HAVE TO DO. IF I , OR SOMEONE IN MY FAMILY GOT IN TROUBLE, AND WE WERE ILL OR HAVING A MENTAL MELTDOWN WHILE IN THE CAN, I'M SURE NOBODY WOULD RELEASE US BACK INTO OUR BEAUITFUL MANSION. (YA RIGHT). TELL HER TO SUCK IT UP LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE. MORE IMPORTANT THINGS GOING ON IN THIS WORLD. LET THE BUSY BODY MEDIA FOCUS ON WHATS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR A CHANGE.

54. Heck....give them time and they'll just buy the jail and Paris can have it HOMEY..FOR HER SANITY ?....hahaha

Posted at 2:23PM on Jun 8th 2007 by Tamala

55. Get grip foks she needs to go home. Why?
1. Other people (average citizen) for the same offenses as Paris did ONLY SPEND less than a few/no days in jail - SO WHY SHOULD she be treated differently ... HELLO

2. Economics bottom line. IF the sheriff upon learning the news of a mental break down from a Doctor and insisted that she reap additional punishment above that of an ordinary citizien = result = many millions of dollars out the door in a law suit.

3. We are not talking about her celebrity status - we are looking at unjust incarceration - and now if she goes back to jail - double jeoprody - aka - another law suit that will take needed funds away from other programs in LA........

You all need to separate your "emotions" from what is fair and the city/county can afford.

56. She should NEVER have gone to jail in the first place! This is all a joke!

Sounds interesting!

58. Ms Hilton is just a spoiled little brat that did not get a proper upbringing as is too often the case with the super-rich...She has no regard for the safety of others as exhibited by her complete disregard for the law, driviing without a license after several DUI's. She is a danger to society. She has too many dollars and too little sense. Can you think of any better reason to keep the inheritance tax.

59. It is true that the judges sentence was alittle harsh at first. However they changed the sentence 23 days and that is very appropriate. I want to know how she got out of jail for a medical condition. What is up with all these stars having terrible unknown medical conditions to get out of their responsiblities? She went to jail, not boarding school or summer camp, where you can just go home beacuse of a skinned knee. I can understand them not wanting her crowding the prision and wasting tax payers dollars, which is what they are doing right now. However, if that was the case they should have owned up to it and not saying she has a unknown illness....if her illness was so bad, why is she in court today and not in the hospital?

"Justice is blind....except when it comes to the rich and powerful." She should not get away with this
