Hilton Ordered Back to Jail!!!

Paris Will Spend Weekend in Med Jail

Paris Hilton will probably spend the weekend in a medical ward at the jail facility where she surrendered Sunday night, referred to as Twin Towers.

We're told the plans will firm up within an hour. Hilton will stay there over the weekend, when her lawyer will file an appeal, called a writ of habeas corpus, which means, essentially, the body is being held illegally.

Paris Heads Back to the Big House

Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her 45-day sentence. She'll get credit for 5 days already served.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom, it's not right."

One witness said that Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

Hilton's mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now." Paris' father Rick is still in the courtroom.

A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.

TMZ has learned, Hilton's lawyer will appeal the judge's ruling. That appeal will be filed either late today or Monday.

Crazy Paparazzi Crush as Paris Hauled Off

Paris In cuffs: Click to launch video
Paris Hilton has just arrived at an L.A. courthouse in cuffs, and if things don't go her way, she could be spending the foreseeable future in jail.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the reason the hearing was delayed for two hours is because the Sheriff's Department refused to follow the judge's order to pick up Hilton at her West Hollywood home. We're told the Sheriff believes his department has exclusive authority to decide where Paris goes -- not the judge. After several hours, the deputies picked Hilton up and drove her off. The paparazzi crush was simply unbelievable.

Hilton was released early Thursday morning, after serving five days of a 23-day sentence. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Hilton was "reassigned" to home detention after her shrink visited her and told authorities in the Sheriff's Department that Hilton was in danger of having a nervous breakdown.

Yesterday, the Los Angeles City Attorney filed a motion asking the judge to return Hilton to jail and to hold the Sheriff's Paris Heads to CourtDepartment in contempt of court for letting her out.

Tour buses made Hilton's home a must-see this morning, as a crush of media recorded everything from the ground and in the air.

As Hilton made her way to court, helicopters followed overhead in OJesque-style.

By the way, Hilton went to court looking like a rice farmer, wearing drab grey sweats!

TMZ will have a blow-by-blow of what happens in court, so c'mon back.

61. It's unfortunate that SO MUCH media attention has been focused on this Slut! She Belongs in jail everyone with half a brain knows it. The Whole thing sounded like to me that Her family must have Paid Someone Big Bucks to Get their Little Darling out of trouble. Well guess what "You do the crime You SHOULD do the Time"!

62. Why all the hate? Who cares who she is on-camera, it's off-camera that counts.
Off-camera, she's a regular person up on regular charges, and probably scared out of her mind at the prospect of handcuffs, police, and jail time.
All I see is a bunch of uneducated idiots here, damning her due to jealousy, for no reason at all.
She commited a crime, she's guilty, she's living her life... stop discreditting her and let her be. If she wasn't a celebrity, this wouldn't even be news... and to me, it still isn't news.

63. That rich spoiled brat deserves to spend her time in jail along with the sheriff. I hope they both get extra days because of their rotten behavior.

If Paris were a regular stiff with a job she would still be in jail without the special treatment from these celebrity worshiping idiots.

64. that sheriff was paid off by the family. i'd check into his finances or the new truck he'll be driving soon. and i'm sure other services were provided at the jail. why don't all the people who are nervous about jail be let out then. and let an independent psychiatrist check her out at the jail, not one she's paying. the rich rule again and can run around driving drunk and without a license and do whatever they want to do. again money rules.

65. Don't stay at Hilton Hotels...Boycott them....Besides the rates will go
up to pay for the princess, and all her troubles.
What has she ever done for anyone any ways, why is she so famous?
She is a joke, Poor Paris, maybe she should go to Paris and see if they will let her out of jail there for a crime.

66. This is all so unreal. Throw Sheriff Baca into jail and throw away the key - He is the one that is forcing the issue by believing that HE is above the law. The Sheriff is supposed enforce the law and protect the public. It is the court's jurisdiction to determine guilt or innocence, jail time or freedom - Sheriff Baca needs to GO - He thinks way to highly of himself. And Paris - throw her in jail for the full 45. She had two other chances at probation and blew them both times. A spoiled little rich kid who obviously never was told "no" once her life before. Her family didn't do it, so the courts have to - to protect both the public at large and Paris so that might enjoy a lifetime without killing either herself or someone else because no one intervened because the little princess didn't have rules either to follow nor repercussions.

68. Uh hello. She just didn't break one law but at least two. Remember her license was already suspended and of course she thought she was above and beyond the law and still DROVE. So NO, I don't think the Judge was harsh what-so-ever.

69. It should be no surprise any of this is happening.
After all it is the state that let OJ and Robert Blake off from murders.
A nervous breakdown? Yeah that's it. What a bunch of crap.
Like I was always taught. You have to take responsibility for you own actions.
She put herself in this situation and she has to get herself out of it.
I hope that she not only goes back but has to serve the entire 45 days.

70. this is terrible.....why should rich people be able to buy time out of jail....also probably alot of people arent even thinking of the COST of all this for people....all those police officers had to be there to "protect ??" her ? all these court costs.....she is a CRIMINAL....regardless of being rich or not....what is it gonna take to KEEP her BEHIND bars and pay for what she did? is she going to have to kill someone while having her fun drives or what eva the media or herself what to call her STUNTS for publicity ??? this really goes to show how our law system works--regardless if it is a jail warden , jail dr, sheriff or judge. very sad also how much the media is so enticed with this story--come on there is alot more worthy news than a rich child tryin to get away from CRIMES she commited !!

71. I will be relieved when they put Paris back in jail. I was so upset when they let her go home after 5 days in jail. She has not learned her lesson. If they put her back on house arrest for the next month and some change, they have no one to blame but themselves if the next time she's driving under the influence and god forbid ending up injuring someone or worse killing someone.

72. She deserves to go to jail; if the charges were against anyone else (not a celebrity) there would not be an issue; there would not have been reduced time; there would not have been a release; what happened to justice being blind?

73. This is Terrible and a mis carriage of justice. I can not beleive the cold and cruel comments that have been made here about Paris. Especailly by head hunter who is worse than an anamal. This judge should be replaced. Paris does not deserve this jail time for what she did. People do far worse and get off with probation. I hope that all those who wrote nasty and judgemental comments about Paris get the same treatment in Court. I say return Paris to her home and allow her to serve her time. The sherrif was also wrong and he needs to also be replaced in this case. She is receiving cruel and unusial punishment. for a minor in fraction of the law system

74. What's her problem anyway? I though she loved the bar scene!

Posted at 2:31PM on Jun 8th 2007 by Tom

75. Paris needs to be put in jail as the Judge ordered. Letting her out is a slap in the face to Justice system. She broke the law twice and she knows it. The Rich and Famous should not have a different sentences than what all other citizens would face had they did the same thing that Paris did. Those of us who are not Rich nor famous would not even be allowed a break, nor would we be put in special cell. We would be made to serve the entire sentence as a judge would order with no breaks, our automobiles taken away and our licenses suspended and heavy fines plus jail time with no early out privileges. Its time that this special treatment to the Rich and Famous be stopped. We have laws in place for all citizens to follow and that includes the Rich and Famous. If you broke the law you need to accountable period no matter who you are.
The gimmick of trying to all of sudden be sick to try to get out is a joke. She is able to go out and party all night and still do it the next day, should prove to anyone that she stronger than she wants everyone to believe. She is in perfect health. She is pulling an act to have the Sheriff sympathize and feel sorry her to get her way.
