Hilton Ordered Back to Jail!!!

Paris Will Spend Weekend in Med Jail

Paris Hilton will probably spend the weekend in a medical ward at the jail facility where she surrendered Sunday night, referred to as Twin Towers.

We're told the plans will firm up within an hour. Hilton will stay there over the weekend, when her lawyer will file an appeal, called a writ of habeas corpus, which means, essentially, the body is being held illegally.

Paris Heads Back to the Big House

Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her 45-day sentence. She'll get credit for 5 days already served.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom, it's not right."

One witness said that Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

Hilton's mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now." Paris' father Rick is still in the courtroom.

A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.

TMZ has learned, Hilton's lawyer will appeal the judge's ruling. That appeal will be filed either late today or Monday.

Crazy Paparazzi Crush as Paris Hauled Off

Paris In cuffs: Click to launch video
Paris Hilton has just arrived at an L.A. courthouse in cuffs, and if things don't go her way, she could be spending the foreseeable future in jail.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the reason the hearing was delayed for two hours is because the Sheriff's Department refused to follow the judge's order to pick up Hilton at her West Hollywood home. We're told the Sheriff believes his department has exclusive authority to decide where Paris goes -- not the judge. After several hours, the deputies picked Hilton up and drove her off. The paparazzi crush was simply unbelievable.

Hilton was released early Thursday morning, after serving five days of a 23-day sentence. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Hilton was "reassigned" to home detention after her shrink visited her and told authorities in the Sheriff's Department that Hilton was in danger of having a nervous breakdown.

Yesterday, the Los Angeles City Attorney filed a motion asking the judge to return Hilton to jail and to hold the Sheriff's Paris Heads to CourtDepartment in contempt of court for letting her out.

Tour buses made Hilton's home a must-see this morning, as a crush of media recorded everything from the ground and in the air.

As Hilton made her way to court, helicopters followed overhead in OJesque-style.

By the way, Hilton went to court looking like a rice farmer, wearing drab grey sweats!

TMZ will have a blow-by-blow of what happens in court, so c'mon back.

91. This is Terrible and a mis carriage of justice. I can not beleive the cold and cruel comments that have been made here about Paris. Especailly by head hunter who is worse than an anamal. This judge should be replaced. Paris does not deserve this jail time for what she did. People do far worse and get off with probation. I hope that all those who wrote nasty and judgemental comments about Paris get the same treatment in Court. I say return Paris to her home and allow her to serve her time. The sherrif was also wrong and he needs to also be replaced in this case. She is receiving cruel and unusial punishment. for a minor in fraction of the law system

92. this is terrible.....why should rich people be able to buy time out of jail....also probably alot of people arent even thinking of the COST of all this for people....all those police officers had to be there to "protect ??" her ? all these court costs.....she is a CRIMINAL....regardless of being rich or not....what is it gonna take to KEEP her BEHIND bars and pay for what she did? is she going to have to kill someone while having her fun drives or what eva the media or herself what to call her STUNTS for publicity ??? this really goes to show how our law system works--regardless if it is a jail warden , jail dr, sheriff or judge. very sad also how much the media is so enticed with this story--come on there is alot more worthy news than a rich child tryin to get away from CRIMES she commited !!

93. Uh hello. She just didn't break one law but at least two. Remember her license was already suspended and of course she thought she was above and beyond the law and still DROVE. So NO, I don't think the Judge was harsh what-so-ever.

94. if they let her only serve 40 days of house arrest they cant blame nobody but themselves when she drives under the influence angain and god forbid kills someone

95. Paris needs to be put in jail as the Judge ordered. Letting her out is a slap in the face to Justice system. She broke the law twice and she knows it. The Rich and Famous should not have a different sentences than what all other citizens would face had they did the same thing that Paris did. Those of us who are not Rich nor famous would not even be allowed a break, nor would we be put in special cell. We would be made to serve the entire sentence as a judge would order with no breaks, our automobiles taken away and our licenses suspended and heavy fines plus jail time with no early out privileges. Its time that this special treatment to the Rich and Famous be stopped. We have laws in place for all citizens to follow and that includes the Rich and Famous. If you broke the law you need to accountable period no matter who you are.
The gimmick of trying to all of sudden be sick to try to get out is a joke. She is able to go out and party all night and still do it the next day, should prove to anyone that she stronger than she wants everyone to believe. She is in perfect health. She is pulling an act to have the Sheriff sympathize and feel sorry her to get her way.

96. well i think she deserves it because knowing that she is a celebrity she's gonna get
away with pretty much every thing but if she was one of us oh hell no we would be serving the whole sentence and i hate when celebrity's get special treatment its not fair to every one else who is not rich and famous. so i think she deserve to rot in a lil square jail cell

97. I THINK SHE IS GETTING A SLAP ON THE WRIST FOR WHAT SHE DID. MY 14 YEAR OLD SON WAS KILLED BY A DRUNK DRIVER ON HIS BIRTHDAY AND I THINK SHE GOT LUCKY AND DIDNT KILL ANY ONE SHE SHOULD BE IN THERE MAYBE IT WILL TEACH HER A LESSON SHES HUMAN LIKE THE REST OF US.

98. Finally the judge is hopefully dealing with Paris. I was begining to think she would not get the punishment that every USA citizen would get if they commited the same crimes. The judge was already being very lenient with Paris considering her charges. If it was an average citizen they would have faced severe charges for the criminal acts that Paris commited. I know people that have commited less severe charges against them and they had it a lot worse...longer jail time...higher fines...and lose of their right to drive for up to 3 yrs. These people were honest working people that made a mistake just once and are paying dor there crimes. If Paris gets off so easily a lot of people will be going back to court to appeal their sentences. I don't think the law will be rewritten just for Paris... what a mess that will cause for the court system all around the country...and that's a fact!

100. I am curious about what the Hilton family says about all this. As far as I can tell - they have been VERY silent. And I don't just mean how do they feel about prison - but ALL of Paris Hilton's 'adventures'. Crotchless shots, kissing other women, partying until dawn each day - etc. It blows me away that her family doesn't have some sort of rebuke!?

101. I cannot IMAGINE her being allowed to run free with total disregard for the system that the rest of us have to follow. A shame that SHE will pay the price, not the people who instilled those values to her. I feel sorry for her as she will never know true happiness in life.

102. NO JAIL TIME FOR HER!!!!

103. What a hipocracy she is. If I drove with a valid license and did not have it with me, they would have locked me up. Give me a break. She broke the law and now let her pay for her mistake, (if it was a mistake) She probably just does not give a damn about rules and regulations, and maybe, maybe teach her a good lesson.

104. Just saw a picture of her crying, that made my day!! If it were up to me she would never get out. She is such a loser and a joke!

105. All of you are just jealous of her because she's rich, famous and beautiful. That is no reason to treat her unfairly. I've known people who've done much worse then driving with a suspended DL and they did not go to jail. It seems to me that the judge is as jealous as everyone else. One more thing, rich people are still people and they get hurt and scared and sick just like everyone else. Maybe all you people who are loving her pain should put as much energy as you have into seeing her go to jail into helping stop the WAR.
