I'm not a supporter of Paris, I'm just trying to give the girl a break. There are many other things going on in this world that are far more important, than Paris's jail stay. Maybe we should all focus on that instead.

While we all know jail sucks, the best thing for this little tart, is to spend some quality time with the 'help' in the county jail. the same sentence and same cell;'shanequah jackson would get for the same offense. Also the sheriff who let her out should have his ass locked up as well, as only the judge can change her locale ;or put her under house arrest.. Now if we can only get these crooked politicians held accountable for their deeds,this country could end up one nation with justice for all.

I want to feel sorry for her, but she should have just sucked it up and did her 23 days to start with. She would have gained the respect of people for just being a grown up and accepting the consequences of her actions. I know that I'd be scared too, but I wouldn't have gotten out because of a mental breakdown in the first place!!

Paris Hilton should grow some backbone. Stop her whining, serve her sentence and learn from her dangerous mistakes. Fortunately she did not injure or kill someone during one of her drunken driving binges.

Just who does Paris think she is, at 25 she is acting like an out of control 17 year old...? I have no sympathy for her.

Ok, I do agree that Paris needd to do her time. She violated the law and whether it looks like it or not, this is a serious crime, because it could have resulted in a car crash and deaths of innocent people.
I have never liked Paris Hilton...she has always been self-centered, a whore, a party girl, and famous for nothing.
But deep down, I'm hoping that maybe she will take her full sentence without trying to wiggle out of it and when she comes out she'll be different. Maybe she will learn something and do something more valuable with her life instead of partying and smoking and drinking.
But until then, she is getting what she deserves, and just because she's an heiress doesn't mean she should get any kind of special treatment.

LA POLICE NEEDS TO CRACK DOWN ON ALL CELEBRITIES WHO BREAK THE LAW, AND STOP LETTING THEM GO, LIKE THEY DID WITH STRAVROS (PARIS BOYFRIEND). HE WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND THE POLICE DID NOT GIVE HIM A SOBRIETY TEST!!!!! THAT IS WHAT I CALL PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT. WE NEED TO FIRE ALL LOS ANGELES POLICE OFFICERS THAT ARE SOFT WITH CELEBRITIES, INCLUDING THE SHERIFF HIMSELF!! THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO HOLD ACCOUNTABLE CELEBRITIES WHO BREAK THE LAW. IF THEY DID THE CRIME, THEY SHOULD DO THE TIME........MUST PAY THE PRICE,..NO EXCEPTIONS. LETS FIRE SHERIFFS AND POLICE OFFICERS WHO ALLOW CELEBRITIES TO WALK AWAY, WITHOUT ANY CONSEQUENCES OF THEIR ACTION. LETS REVAMP OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM, STARTING WITH THE SHERIFF OFFICE. THE JUDGE WAS FAIR. HE GAVE HER A LOT OF CHANCES. SHE THOUGHT BECAUSE SHE HAD MONEY, SHE DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE CONSEQUENCES. WELL, THIS IS A LESSON FOR MOMMY AND DADDY WHO SHIELD THEIR CHILDREN FROM THE CONSEQUENCES OF THEIR ACTIONS, AND DO MORE HARM TO THEM THAN GOOD. PARENTS ARE LEARNING THAT USING THEIR INFLUENCE TO MAKE IT EASY ON THEIR CELEBRITY CHILDREN WILL CREATE AN UPROAR IN THE PUBLIC. THEY NEED THEIR LESSON TOO.

at first I did think that maybe Paris was being overpunished but then when I did a little reserach on the whole thing that thought QUICKLY diminshed!!!! When I think about her drinking and driving, getting pulled over 3 times after that all caught driving without a license and one of those also being alcohol-related, and her failing to enroll in court ordered alcohol-education classes I realize that the crime fits the time!!!
AND YES....drinking and driving is a crime!!!! (funny that she is an advocate of not drinking and driving...)

I don't feel bad for Paris at all!! She prances around practically begging to be photographed. Like the old saying...Be careful for what you wish for because it just might happen....well she got her picture taken AGAIN, only this time she looks like a fugly man sharting his britches!! That's hot!!
