WOW...... ISN'T THAT WHY IT'S CALLED PUNISHMENT?!?!?!?! PUNISHMENT FOR THE CRIME YOU COMMITTED...... WHY DOES SHE THINK SHE'S BEING TREATED UNFAIR BECAUSE SHE'S A CELEB.... SHE'S BEING TREATED LIKE A QUEEEN COMPARED TO A NON-CELEB THE SAME AGE AND SAME RACE ETC ETC ETC...... GET OVER IT PARIS!!! I THOUGHT YOU WERE "READY TO FACE YOUR SENTENCE"
OMG deal with it.... This wasn't her fist probation voiation but her 2nd !!!!!!!! If this was anyone else they would be sitting in jail. Who cares who she is, what she looks like, or what she does... SHE BROKE THE LAW .. not once, not twince but THREE TIMES.......Send her ass back where she belongs ! She can cry all she wants but she is getting exactly what she deserves... There are thousands of people killed each year in DUI's she's only lucky no one was hurt.. she was given not one but 2 chances just to follow her probation and she couldn't even do that... Maybe sitting her sentence out in Linwood will give her time to figure out how to read for herself so she doesn't end up in this situation again
YOU GO GIRL!!!
Don't let ANYONE take away your god given right to commit crimes and ignore the law!!!
And ignore all the "haters" They just idiots that believe in justice and the rule of law.
Their just jealous that they don't have the influence and money to buy themselves out of a mess like this.
i JUST DO KNOW WHY SHE HAS TO DO ALL OF HER SENTENCE......IT WASENT HER FAULT THAT SHE WAS RELEASED EARLY
Screw all this noise! Take ur medicine Paris! Accept responsibility for what you have done. Enough is enough...grow up! Listen to your mother, learn from your mistake and go on! But first, SERVE UR TIME CRY BABY!
As far as I'm concern, this problem is between her and the LASD. They shouldn't have released her to begin with.
I'm glad to see that she and the media have made such a joke out of drinking and driving. Forget the fact that she was drunk behind the wheel and could have killed someone who was truely innocent. People like this make me sick. Take responsibility for your actions!
Quite hatin y'al, I bet you'll be cryin silly was you goin back there plus it aint her fault, get the sheriff and that judge it just show what kinda of an upbringin he had..true true she done wrong but hell let her serve that house arrest it saves taxpayers money too......
GIVE IT UP PARIS! It's getting pathetic by the second. Do your time and while you're in the slammer, get some common sense! You were too cheap to get a chauffer, you lied in court and most of all you made several excuses that were dumb. YOU DESERVE TO BE IN JAIL, THE WHOLE WORLD IS REJOICING (maybe except for a stupid few who are sad for you).
The Sheriff has JURISDICTION. If he wants her out he will let her do her time at home. The appeal will allow the sheriff to choose where she serves her time.
She could appeal on the grounds that the judge erred in sentencing her to an unreasonably long sentence and that the judge acted not based on the facts of the case but to make an example out of her, which I think he did. George Michael, who is a repeat offender, just got sentenced for DUI and got no jail time. I don't know why it took so long for them to appeal. Go Paris! I got convicted of a drug felony and got 14 days in jail, much less than Paris.
Britney Spears might miss a lot more 'X Factor' auditions ... because she can! Simon Cowell gave Brit damn near free reign in order to sign the pop star to that $15 million deal -- but is it backfiring? We'll tell you what peeps on the set are saying.Plus, Chris Jericho's…
