This is a huge miscarriage of justice. Almost all prisoners in the LA County system are released early. To say nothing of the fact that we live in a city with Special Order 40. I am not sure what is happening here but it is probably a less wealthy and jealous judge. His job is to hear cases and dispense justice equally. Discrimination of the rich is what is happening with this case.
