63. Well now she has to start the detox alllllllll over again because don't you know she got a "little something" to get her back into the swing of her pathetic lifestyle when she got home. So now, if they run a drug tox screen on her they will probably find a lot of illegal substances in her system. Let the shakes begin again.

65. LMAO habeus corpus? are you freaking kidding me? She got busted for a dui, got her license suspended, got pulled over for driving on it, got off, got pulled over again. At some point, enough is enough. Real people go to jail for precisely this type of offense all the time. This is why we have laws people. Maybe we should just send her down to Gitmo for a luxury stay, treat her to some good ole fashioned water boarding and force feeding that they love down there!

72. Ok can everyone who keeps saying she doesnt deserve this please stop. She broke the law more than once, she was given chance after chance. Her and her parents have shown no respect for the legal system publicly thru the media. She should be going to jail, because thats the punishment that fits the crime not because someone has it out for her. Also if you are here to begin with stop passing judgment on others for being here. Its fine if you think that she should be set free or whatever, but stop saying its not fair. Their are people every day that due time for just driving under the influence and plenty have there liscense taken away too. Once that happens you shouldnt drive if you do then you have broken another law and if you get caught then you get punished.

73. May be by her arrest she can get the help she needs. No one, including her parents, in her "circle" thrived on how badly she behaved. They don't care she is a person. She deserves everything that comes her way but just maybe being away from her enablers she can go straight. I heard she was shaking probably withdrawing.
