1388. 1) why was she even driving herself around? can she not afford a cab? doesn't she have a driver? why even risk this? especially, if you were already in trouble about it once!

2) what if she had actually had a wreck while under the influence and killed someone?

3) let all the mentally challenged ones or low level offenders out and go be under house arrest at her house.

i'm sorry but there is NO therapy that will ever help this pitiful sad person. she is beyond help! well unless the family were to go bankrupt and they all had to live in the "REAL" world.

i really hate that this spoiled girl is such a role model to our young women today! that in itself is the saddest!

1391. The only "condition" this girl has is being a nit-wit. Take the average American citizen in the state of CA...they would have gone to prison the 1st time! The fact that her prison time is being debated is outrageous! Bottom line...SHE BROKE THE LAW!! WTF....Money does not mean immunity!!!!!! Things like this make me hate the justice system. 1393. i dont feel bad for paris , ignorance is no defence to a mistermenor or felony charge it was her responceabiltie to find out what her sentance was the first time she was caught driven without a licence . But you got to feel sorry for her because a judge who wants to get his name reconized in the politacal playing feild is using her to do this and thats what sucks for paris. And to all you people out there who is judgen paris for the courts mistakes thay should stepback and look hard at our criminal system and how it works that system realy railroads a lot of good people and how would you feel if that was your child going threw all this, you would pay however it took to clear it up !People have to remember that paris is still young and silly and she still has a lot of silly left in her before she grows up but hopefully out of this experiance she realizes that there is penalty's for your actions and you are responcible for them,I wish paris the best of luck and hope she can find something positive to take from this experiance she is haven ? And lets never forget you should always try to learn something new everyday of your life cause your never to old to learn and theres always something new to learn or experiance in life and if you think you know it all you will be right were paris is right now.

1394. This is just politic between the sheriff and the Hiltons. Hope LA will elect a new sheriff. Don't think it is right for this sheriff to release Paris in the first place-Paris deserved to stay in jail and she need to be punish. And hope she will learn how to behave and she need to grow up like an adult. I think Paris's mother is caused all these problems because she married the Hilton that came from the rich family and the Hilton Hotels. It is Paris' great grandfather the late Conrad Hilton (former the second husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor) was the one started the hotel business instead of Paris' father.

1395. SEVERE MEDICAL PROBLEMS????????

If her problems are SO SEVERE how does she maintain a drivers license?????? The police Dept. and the Dept of motor vehical should revoke her driving license. LA does NOT need people with severe medical porblems on the road driving.

but you will never see that happen. Her SEVERE medical condition would NOT take her license away, thats for sure. To drive, she is OK. BUT to sit in a prison cell, that she can't do.
