Why should she have to now spend 45 days in jail when originally it was 23? If that idiot sheriff is going to spring her from jail for 'medical reasons' what was she supposed to do? Grab on to the bars and demand that she stay behind? Why is she being further punished for decisions that were out of her control? I'm assuming the judge's order regarding appropriate credit means that it will still be 23 days since they get one day off for each day of good behavior.
