213. If any "civilian" violated terms of probation even ONE time, much less TWO, you would have to serve the entire sentence!
There are two worlds the rich and famous do not have to obey the law, but everyday Jane and Joe have to.

216. The attorney general, Rocky, and the judges should put this much time arresting real crimminals, like gang bangers, illegials, child molesters, and abusers. The city of los angeles would be safer to live in. Paris is not a crimminal she is a substance abuser, she has not harmed anyone, she pays her own way. The government does not take care of her, unlike so many residents in LA. substance abuser should not be in jail, they should be treated for their illness. she is well hated just because she is rich and famous, so what we are doing now hating the rich because we are not. when will the hate stop. all the haters and loosers need to get a life.

218. When most people violate probation, they are cuffed right away by their probation officer and hauled off to jail - do not pass go, do not collect $200. She's not in jail for a "traffic offense" but for violating probation - repeatedly. Most people don't get to "pose" with a come-hither look for their booking photos, either. Most people are searched, too. It is an injustice and causes people to disrespect the system when someone is allowed to publicly flaunt breaking the rules. I like Dog and Beth, but don't agree with them on this one.

219. this is crazy!! paris should be made to do her time like everyone else. its not like she violated once she violated probation a couple of times. if that were you or i we would have been sentenced to jail on the first violation. so what she wont stop crying or she wont eat thats on her. why should we feel sorry that she doesnt like jail food, who does. when i gave birth to my daughter she was 3 days old when i got out of the hospital and had to turn myself into the police and do my time,, i was going through post partum depression and had been on suicide watch but i still had to do my time and for reasons less than paris.

220. If this doesn't make people realize that our justice system stinks, in every possible way i don't know what will/. I think she pulled this stunt to get more publicity because her new simple life show is on TV and probably not even getting any ratings on the e channel.
There soldiers dying every day over in Iraq for our freedom.The media thinks Paris is front page new. The media just as a fault for all this coverage she is getting. Who the hell is she a spoiled rich kid that's its. What has she done productively to take advantage of what she has NOTHING PEOLE. THE MORE COVERAGE SHE GETS THE WORSE IT WILL BE.THE DAY HER SENTENCE IS UP AND GETS HER LICENSE BACK SHE WILL DO THE SAME THING AGAIN LEAVING EVERYTHING IN HER LIFE UP TO EVERYONE ONE ELSE AND TAKE NO RESPONBILTY FOR ANY THING AND WILL PROBABALY BE A A RICH ILLITERATE WHORE WHEN SHE IS 40 OR 50.

225. I think that she should be treated like a normal public person in society she should have to serve her time just like any one of us in the public would have to. I do not feel that just because she is a "STAR' that she should get special treatment. If anyone in public was to do what she has done we would have to sit in jail no matter our mental state. Heck some of the public that sit in jail do not even get their psyc medication for days at a time while in jail.
