17. Again, good for her. She at this point is being unfairly mistreated. She’s didn’t let herself out of jail, the county sheriff did- he is the one to be disciplined for his actions, not her. I agree that she should not have been let out; however, now that she has it’s not fair to send her back.

18. Everyone else in the LA County jail who has ANY sort of ailment should be REASSIGNED to house arrest as well. Fair is Fair.

What a joke - just like everyone else in this country this morning I believe that if that were me sitting in jail, this would most definitely NOT be my outcome.

Go back to jail Paris - be a BIG girl for once and truly own up to your mistakes. It's not the end of the world. You may learn something about yourself. Entitlement does not but you a "Get out of Jail Free" Card. Can I have your VIP seat at Mr. Chow's while you are in the pokey?

21. Is there anyone in California with common sense? Why is Paris Hilton running the show there? This whole thing is so utterly absurd! Seems easy to me, lawbreakers should face the music. Period. They look so foolish for letting a brain dead slut, drug addict, drunk run circles around them!

22. I love you too Paris. You're an inspiration to everyone on how to survive injustice. Being rich and famous is not a crime.

23. Just another slap in the face to all of us law abiding citizens. Just shows how corrupt the law is in Los Angeles.

24. I think I've got it worked out - that is, what the judge should do.

1. Put Paris back behind bars to server the remainder of her 23 days - it's not her fault she got let out.

2. Put the Sherrif person who made the decision to serve the amount of time that Paris didn't - two days or whatever it works out to. That'll teach him. If he wants to let someone out without the proper authority to do so, then fine, provided he takes that person's place....

27. its sad that our MAN AND WOMEN of the military have to put their life's at risk so this bitch who did not VOTE can laugh at our JUSTICE SYSTEM...BURN IN HELL..

28. Yeah, the bitch shouldn't be allowed to phone her court appearence in over the phone.

29. More preferencial treatment! All defendents found guilty by the courts are immediately escorted out the "back" door of the court, handcuffed, to a hallway or tunnel to the jail. And the inmates get better medical care than most law abiding citizens.
