Maybe if Paris would have used her so-called FAME for a worthy cause once in awhile instead of partying and walking around like she is better than everyone else - then MAYBE there would not be this huge out cry for ass to be thrown in jail. To Whom it May Concern:

I am deeply disgusted by the early release of Paris Hilton for a "medical condition". Facilities such as yours are equipped to handle various health and/or mental issues. Decisions for the unlawful early release have citizens (from all demographics) of our Country questioning our judicial system. Lack of morale, absence of ethics, void of justice, and discrimination for those in favorable financial situations are only a few descriptions I can provide this "incident" wreaking of.

There are now individuals claiming discrimination based on color and money. You are negligent in providing a situation as case to divide culture, race, and social economics further.

JUSTICE: 1 a : the maintenance or administration of what is just especially by the impartial adjustment of conflicting claims or the assignment of merited rewards or punishments b : JUDGE c : the administration of law ; especially : the establishment or determination of rights according to the rules of law or equity
2 a : the quality of being just, impartial, or fair b (1) : the principle or ideal of just dealing or right action (2) : conformity to this principle or ideal : RIGHTEOUSNESS c : the quality of conforming to law
3 : conformity to truth, fact, or reason : CORRECTNESS

How can we continue to guide our communities, society, and children of this definition when people serving in the judicial system are unable to understand the magnitude and uphold the definition themselves!

It is my expectation those involved in this "early release" are reprimanded or terminated. When you aid people containing status and money to manipulate the system, you create a larger demon that truly believe they have a sense of entitlement to do as they want in return barren of culpability. This pollutes what values and accountability we are trying to raise our children to have. In this world and day in age, it is tough enough without additional unnecessary influences. Those involved in this situation are contributing to the tainting and perversion of our young America. How can they sleep at night?

Being a young, white female from middle class, this is an embarrassment to Caucasian women! I am delighted Mr. Delgadillo's statements are to fight this and seek Ms. Hilton to serve the more than favorable sentence she received in the first place! I remain optimistic this is his sincere intent. It is my hope as well in next weeks review the Judge will uphold the Oath he committed in taking when he took the bench. I am confident it will be transparent to the Judge there was corruption in upholding the initial sentencing he implemented as well as gross misconduct to follow proper procedures when releasing the inmate.

Equality in sentencing and serving are completely "void" in this plight on so many levels. Please realize this and do what is just.
