47. Agree with #38jph . I thought the cable went out also. I thought the show could have added more punch. Ihate HATE when movies or shows leave that " open end " or "youmake your own ending."
Cop out. I think Meadow got shot. She walked into the cross fire meant for Tony.

#42 amerz, has a point intha tmaybe Meadow , bei ng late, was the only Doaprano left. The hitmen got Tony and Carmella and AJ too.

BUT maybe, Meadow, Carmella, AJ all lived and the hitmen only struckTony since it is policy to not hit family members.

I THINK the show could have added more punch and conclusionby showing a blast of gunshots, and then the faces of the family members who lived...1. show Meadow looking distraught ,screaming (menaing , Toney, Carmella, and AJ were shot...2. or a screaming speaking in ItalianTony back by other customers , screaming Carmella and AJ holding each other under the table(meaning Meadow was shot)...


I CANNOT see a movie for HBO or otherwise beingmade. Let the show end. Somebody (Meadow) or some people(Tong, Carmella, AJ) got shot. END OF SHOW If Meadow ws killed, no way Carmella could stay wit Tony and Aj would have killed himslef for surr or got insane for sure. Meadow being the lone survivor ,is not a story.

LIKE Sex and The City, I cannot believe they might make a boring movie for the show. Bomb straight to dvd movie.

The show could have given viewers four endings shown on four nights this week and did something radical and different instead of make your ending or that open ending...how about show 1-- one withMeadow departed 2---one with Tony being departed 3--- one with Tony, AJ,and Carmella being departed 4-- one with the family eating and living or one with all four of themdeparted.

57. HBO pulled a fast one...a big build up for nothing...but what really sucks is there is word they did film a final scene which will only be available via the Final DVD Series.

What jerks..if thats the case there should be a boycott of it. David Chase should be strung up for this artistic laziness and boorish writing. Terrible, terrible, terrible, the whole sorry ass story lines going on this evening.

If HBO wanted effect they got it....watch the cancellations mount up beyond belief starting tommorrow. And John from Cinncinatti is head case garbage. There will be no audience for that esoteric surfing nonsense.

Mr Gandolfini would be wise to distance himself at once from this. Start something big and new right away and dont show up for any Soprano reunions...but did hear he is getting 250k for an appearance and the other cast members are getting 75-100k each for the same Soprano Party.

Dissapointed, disillusioned, disjointed....

58. I think they should have shown a plane leaving from Europe with suspicious characters on board. Then cut to Tony in the restaurant saying "Doesn't that plane sound a little low?" Then fade to WHITE.
