Another reason might be that LA Jail cannot afford to give the inmates toilet paper..What about at night..Aren't the lights turned out in her cell??? They are treating her worse than an animal.

I don't think it is ANY exaggeration to say that if some jail official could take secret private photos of Paris Hilton inside the jail, hundred of thousands of dollars in profit could be made from them. Probably must MORE than that!!!! This is what makes America GREAT!!!!!! and all other countries such losers!!!

This girl needs a little tough love. Give her an inch, and she takes 10 miles. The histrionics have only continued to escalate. She is probably in isolation at her, her family, and lawyers REQUEST. EVERYONE needs to worry about being cell phone photoed, not just Ms. Hilton. Her private bits were exhibitionistically displayed already, and to most people's horror, probably served to get her more, but less classy, bookings. If you root for the girl anyway, just own it.

64. I am not a fan of Paris or anyone in Hollywood, I wouldn't change my life for theirs by any stretch. However, since Paris made her name known by allowing a camera to roll with a boyfriend (something no one should allow), going to the bathroom should be a no brainer. Raised in a princess life-style & under the idea she can do no wrong, she was NEVER taught coping skills for life (something money cannot buy) & she was never held accountable for her actions. This is where her parents failed her, but they did that years ago when she was a child. I find it odd that you hear nothing from other family members. Doesn't she have brothers or something? Where are they? Why aren't they in the picture? My brothers would have been mortified. Its ok to be raised in money, but the basic survival skills & whats right & wrong should not have been omitted in their upbringing. And never should one be raised to think they are better than everyone else. For all the money, morals are non-exisitent with Paris. All I know, is that my mother would have slapped me from one end of the country to the other if I EVER pulled any of the stunts that Paris, Britney, Nicole & Lindsay have done. The tale of the tape of whether Paris has 'learned to be humble" will be her actions after she gets out of jail.

From all the media attention she turned up on the internet having sex, you'd think she invented or perfected sex. Thats what people know her for. Like Anna Nicole, all she is known for is sex & drugs. How does having money make that go away? It can't buy character & respect. When the picture was posted of her crying in the police car, it was then I actually felt sorry for her becasue it was so clear she was never taught COPING skills. I have a brother who was left paralyzed by a drunk driver. Maybe instead of jail time she should be sentenced to 45 days of taking care of a VICTIM of someone convicted of DUI. Only then can someone REALLY get an idea of the impact their actions of partying has on an entire family's life.

69. There are people who die every yr by the hand of a drunk driver, Paris was putting other poeple lives in danger by feeling she can do this and this women has the money to get a driver. She feel just because she is rich she can do anything. Other women in the world do care about her looks most hope thier young daugthers do not do some of the nasty things she has done. If you do the crime you have to do the time just like any other person, when she though she was getting out Paris talked a big game, as soon as she saw no one was not going to let her get away with it she showed her true colors . This women is not a child she is a 26yr old women who like everyone else who drives drunk could know better. I lose my uncle who fought in the Viatnum war to a drunk driver he was only home for a year, I do not feel sorry for her or anyone who but children, someones wife, husband, mother, sister ect.. life in danger.

70. Brandon Davis was partying at Time Supper Club last night in Montreal (Fergie gave a private concert). When asked by a journalist about his on and off girlfriend Paris Hilton he said "no comment" and couldn't seem to care less about her. It's on the local news today (Quebec, Canada). Even her friends are turning away from Paris. Why does still have supporters among the "regular people" that she hates so much?

They don't start out in isolation. The people in general population are not in isolation, why is she? I thought she should be "treated like everyone else"?

What about the people in general serving 1/10 of their sentences due to overcrowding?

I thought she should be treated the SAME WAY? So why is she serving her whole sentence?

As for "what other person gets multiple violations of probation"....I don't know. They justice system is pretty lax though, it wouldn't surprise me if many people did. And for worse probation violations.
