18. I don't ask for a piece of paper when I give my respect to a couple who have endured for 24 years!
I come from a State that has many who have common law marriages, they are not legally married for what ever the reason.
I also believe in God But the God I believe in does not care what I think about someone who is gay.
He cares how I treat people as individuals.
Both Peirce and his loving mate deserve awards.They have stayed together in spite of the risks associated with show biz.
Now back to what is most important to me. I love Hyde Pierce as an actor and wish I could see the play!

25. I think that is beautiful that they have been together for 24 years. Considering how many Hollywood stars divorce soo quickly and then remarry and then get divorced again like marriage means nothing to them. 24 years with the same person should be called a marriage and these others dont deserve that title. Such a shame. This country is soo ass backwards.

I'm a wedding photographer in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and the majority of the same-sex couples that we photograph come from the United States since they can't legally do it in their home country. We certainly don't mind them spending their hard-earned dollar in our country! ;)

I think America needs to drop 'the land of the free' from their press kit -- until you legalize same-sex marriage, you have no right using that expression. You're great neighbours, so I hope you do it soon.
