331. If only this coutry could decide what is worth spending money on. You people are sick who would rather spend approx. $25,000 to keep Paris in jail, than have her on house arrest. What if this were your daughter or son, or you?? I love how you all act so responsible and perfect ....wise up, drinking and driving goes on all around you. I am sure you have had one to many and got behind the wheel, it doesn't make you wrong, it makes you human. I am sick of the jealous behaviors of people in America....and you wonder why every other country hates us. Look at yourselves, it is disgusting!!

332. Sorry---but I don't buy the whole act. My son has ADD and we get Addarall WITHOUT insurance coverage (which I'll bet she has) and it's still only $85 a month. Forget this special treatment. She should be in the general prison population--which would NOT be costing the taxpayers anywhere near. I'd like to know who singled her out for this.

Not only should she serve her entire sentence, her car needs to be impounded and sold.
She was drunk, on drugs, and driving without a license., for Gods sake.

But, please do give her her drugs while in prison. The last thing we need is for her to commit suicide and become a cult figure to the whacked out groupies. I'm sick enough of hearing about her now.

PARIS HILTON IS NOTHING BUT A SPOILD BRAT WITH A LOT OF MONEY, I RAISED TWO DAUGHTERS AND THEY GOT INTO SOME TROUBLE ALSO, BUT I PUT MY FOOT DOWN AND THEY ARE DOING GOOD NOW.....THEY WERE ABOUT PARIS HILTONS AGE AT THAT TIME ALSO....LEAVE HER IN THERE TILL HER TIME RUNS OUT, GOD ITS NOT LIKE ITS LIFE!!!! IT WILL GIVE HER TIME TO THINK! IT WILL NOT MAKE HER ANY WORSE, IT WILL MAKE HER THINK AND BE A BETTER PERSON.

334. TO ANYONE THAT DOESN'T UNDERSTAND ADDERALL OR HOW IT WORKS...WHEN SOMEONE HAS ADD/ADHD IT IS USED TO SLOW DOWN THEIR THINKING AND ACTIONS. ONLY SOMEONE THAT TAKES IT ILLEGALLY THAT DOESN'T HAVE ADD/ADHD WOULD GET AN AMPHETAMINE EFFECT FROM IT. WHY WOULD ANYONE USE IT TO SUPPRESS THEIR APPETITE? IT HAS SO MANY BAD SIDE EFFECTS. HONESTLY, THERE ARE BETTER MEDS OUT THERE. FOCALIN IS A BETTER MED. IT DOESN'T CAUSE DEPRESSION, TICS, APPETITIE SUPPRESSION, DIZZYNESS, HEADACHES, AND ALL THE OTHER PROBLEMS THAT ADDERALL CAUSES.

337. When a defendant is committed to incarceration - MOST state law provide that a prisoner with enought funds MUST reimburse the community for the cost of imprisonment. Isn't California up to date on this provision? Certainly Hilton can afford to reimburse the County for each and every expense incurred in her jail time!

343. Personaly, I've gone through the whole jail thing; not personaly but with my mom; my mom was locked up for 8 months; for basically what paris is being locked up for.
ya know what my mom does all day?
My mom has a "room" not cell; with 6 bunk beds; carpeted floor; and 3 meals a day. she has the option of buying her own food and does.
She goes to the gym once a day; spends an hour watching someone get a tattoo; and does crafts.

I'd rather not spend the money; to see them do the SAME thing at home. Its rediclous.
