Paris to Babwa: I've Got No Mirror, But I've Got Balls!

Paris Hilton had a couple spare minutes over the weekend, and so she just happened to collect-call ... Barbara Walters!

Walters recounted their little chat on "The View" this morning. Among the highlights: Paris says her "act" until now -- namely, playing a blonde heirhead -- is over, and that she's a totally different person after just a few days of jail. Indeed, proclaims Paris, "God has released" her spirit from its previous, uh, incarnation.

Apparently, Paris is also playing ping-pong, and maybe most shockingly of all, she tells Babwa that she hasn't looked in a mirror in days, and that her face is "very dry" for lack of moisturizer. She's served nine days, has fourteen left, and at this point, isn't sobbing, screaming or wailing in her cell, according to Walters.

Her new mission in life? According to Babwa, Paris wants to take on causes, like breast cancer or multiple sclerosis, and might open something called the Paris Hilton Playhouse so disabled children can play.

62. The article mentions that P.H. has served 9 days and has only 14 more days to go. I thought she was going to serve the original 45 days (and thus 36 more days left). Will someone clarify this? RC in Austin, Texas

64. Poor Baba Wawa. She has lost all diginity. The view must need some ratings or she wouldn't have jumped into this ring of bimbos! I don't like the view.... don't like Rose either, but she was refreshing... that tells you what most of us truly think about this very boring show. Barbara had finished a distinguisned career... and then The View, informed us of who she really is and what she really was about! Sad indeed. Could care less about her interview with Paris. Could care less that Paris has had an "idea". Such a horrible trial! Good Lord, this is not a trial. She ought to try on the lives of the truly down and out in America. For just one day!!! Sickening... and still ALL ABOUT PARIS.

66. Empathy is readily available to the deserving...she who does not regard the rest of mankind as good enough to lick her boots, can look straight to the higher powers for empthy, we are under no obligation to be empathetic, neither does everyone beleiv in the christian jazz, so save the scriptures for the parasite, I am sure your FATHER will be more than happy to grant her a one way trip to join HER FATHER. Lucifer..

44. E-M-P-A-T-H-Y! GOOGLE IT!! My God she's a human just like you! So what if she has millions upon millions! That doesn't make her more or less deserving of compassion and empathy. We don't have all the facts of the life of Paris Hilton! We don't know what she does 24 hours a day? We see what the media wants us to see. So stop hating, start thinking about what YOU can do. A VERY IMPORTANT BOOK SAYS WHO HERE THAT IS WITHOUT SIN CAST THE FIRST STONE!! Make sure that your hands are clean before you start in on someone else!
What a world this would be if people just applied that to their lives. Stop being jealous, stop whining. Get off your computer and go make a difference!

67. It just occurred to me that I have more respect for Paris than Barbara Walters.... Barbara is an old hag, long beyond retirement (she is 75) and she still has difficulty with the English language pronunciation. Can we petition the Court to put this old hag in jail?

70.
The judge clearly wrote on Paris's sentence order "NO EARLY RELEASE."

This was part of her sentencing and she and her lawyers agreed to it. This means that she would not get released early. Time off for good behavior is apparently not a problem, but not just go home from jail because the sheriff wants to send her. The judge means that she is to serve every day of her sentence, excluding good behavior time.

Paris knew this. Her lawyers knew this. The sheriff apparently doesn't understand the order.

Now that Paris is dropping the "stupid act," if it is an act, why doesn't she understand this? She is not eligible to be included in that group who only serves 10% of their time.

Barbara Walters should understand this.

I understand it clearly.

71. I used to think that it was her. But now I am convinced that the Sheriff has her in an area that is more secure - so that he doesn't get sued. Her Moma and Daddy will sue the city of Los Angeles if anything happens to their little spoiled brat. So now they have a babysitter for her 24-7, somebody for her to play with (Guard), and some real good legal drugs.
The MEDS have chilled her out - totally.
I do believe that the Judge was absolutely right on this - the only way for her to learn - was for her to go to jail....Take her out of her environment with the Party Girls - and give her a dose of reality. She probably has multiple personality disorder. Withour her meds --- she was way.....way....way...out there.
We'll see> What happend to the troops talk. Why doesn't she go and visit the troops in the hospitals ---- take some of her hoochy girlfriends and go visit the guys in the Hospitals missing limbs. Those of the people that put their lives on the line so that we americans can have the pleasure of watching the media make complete fools of themselves.
ONLY in America!
Thank a Service Man or Women - for our freedom.

72. You know as someone that had a REAL breakdown when I lost my little boy last year, I can tell you that there is not an antidepressant made that can cure you in 3 days. I spent 3 MONTHS in the hospital before I was stabilized on meds. This entire stay in the medical ward is a joke. Paris is still as self centered and entitled as she ever was. Her serious medical condition was bogus...except for some withdrawal issues. She still has not hit rock bottom and until she does she will be the same as she was before she was incarcerated. Her mom is already putting the spin on Paris saying this isn't right and crying for Mommy when the Judge sent her back to court. I would like to ask Kathy if the guards that had to listen to her screaming this isn't right all weekend at the top of her lungs would agree with her assessment of Paris' intentions when she freaked out in the courtroom. Mommy wasn't in the jail over the weekend...as a matter of fact she wasn't invited to visit...so for who's benefit was Paris screaming? Notice that Paris invited her sister and her on again/off again boyfriend as her first visitors. She cannot stand to be out of the loop and had to invite people that could indulge her need to be the center of the universe. Paris, I feel sorry for you. You need to grow up and make yourself count for something in this world. Should you die tomorrow what kind of legacy have you left for yourself? Look at Anna Nicole Smith. Is that how you want to be remembered? Right now everything about screams sad, pathetic, self centered, spoiled, entitled rich kid. You are only famous because of yout lineage...nothing more. It was your grandparents and parents that made you famous...how about doing something to deserve the respect you so desperately are seeking. You don't demand respect you earn it...and respect is something that all of the money in the world can't buy for you. People watch you but they don't respect you. They are just watching the trainwreck that you are becoming. As a mom to 6 children I pray that you find yourself somewhere inside this web that you have weaved and that you make your life count for something important in this world. Your parents should be encouraging you in this direction...not phoning Barbara W to do damage control. No one around you is strong enough to tell you what you need to hear and I pray that you find the strength to make your life count.

75. Just a suggestion to PH - should you truly desire to make a difference in the lives of others, particularly children, you might want to re-think naming a charity after yourself, i.e. 'Paris Hilton Playhouse'.

Genuine altruism doesn't involve narcissism, hence St. Jude, not "St. Danny Thomas".

I hope it's a sincere desire to help others, rather than a further attempt at self promotion. We can all make a difference, and should whenever we can.
