Paris to Babwa: I've Got No Mirror, But I've Got Balls!

Paris Hilton had a couple spare minutes over the weekend, and so she just happened to collect-call ... Barbara Walters!

Walters recounted their little chat on "The View" this morning. Among the highlights: Paris says her "act" until now -- namely, playing a blonde heirhead -- is over, and that she's a totally different person after just a few days of jail. Indeed, proclaims Paris, "God has released" her spirit from its previous, uh, incarnation.

Apparently, Paris is also playing ping-pong, and maybe most shockingly of all, she tells Babwa that she hasn't looked in a mirror in days, and that her face is "very dry" for lack of moisturizer. She's served nine days, has fourteen left, and at this point, isn't sobbing, screaming or wailing in her cell, according to Walters.

Her new mission in life? According to Babwa, Paris wants to take on causes, like breast cancer or multiple sclerosis, and might open something called the Paris Hilton Playhouse so disabled children can play.

74. It just occurred to me that I have more respect for Paris than Barbara Walters.... Barbara is an old hag, long beyond retirement (she is 75) and she still has difficulty with the English language pronunciation. Can we petition the Court to put this old hag in jail?

77. I think Paris found out how people feel about her and she is admitting to being 26 years old and that her arrogance is no longer cute. I hope she can change and not be so annoying when she comes out.

78. It appears to me that Paris' NOSE is getting longer at a fast rate. I suppose all those psychotropic meds are responsible for her new behavior. She no longer feels the stress of prison life because she's stoned. Hang in there, Paris, the free world is waiting for your reemergence. 79. 44. E-M-P-A-T-H-Y! GOOGLE IT!! My God she's a human just like you! So what if she has millions upon millions! That doesn't make her more or less deserving of compassion and empathy. We don't have all the facts of the life of Paris Hilton! We don't know what she does 24 hours a day? We see what the media wants us to see. So stop hating, start thinking about what YOU can do. A VERY IMPORTANT BOOK SAYS WHO HERE THAT IS WITHOUT SIN CAST THE FIRST STONE!! Make sure that your hands are clean before you start in on someone else!
What a world this would be if people just applied that to their lives. Stop being jealous, stop whining. Get off your computer and go make a difference!

I've been following the whole Paris Hilton saga from the beginning (sad, I know) and I, like many others, was pissed off that she was released from jail after only a few days to serve out the rest of her sentence at home. While I did think that 45 days is jail was a bit harsh, that was the sentence the judge gave her, and I felt that she should do her time like everyone else. Now that she is back in jail, I think it's great that she has finally accepted the consequenses of her actions. I hope that she is telling the truth when she says that she is going to use this opportunity to change her "dumb blonde" ways and start using her celebrity to help worthy causes. While it very well could be just talk, I believe that everyone deserves a second chance. She is still very young and has so much to learn. She could do so many wonderful things for society if she were to use her name and resourses in a more positive and productive way. I guess only time will tell. Get it right this time Paris, there's so much more to life than shopping and partying. The world is watching.

81. I've been praying for Paris to be called by the Lord. Hopefully, this is an answer. If not, she could be killing people by leading them astray. Harvey Levin is kinda gullable, isn't he? Why does he think life should be fair all of a sudden? Grow up Harvey! Some people go to jail for NO reason at all!! And yet, you claim Paris' sentence is too long. Do the crime, do the time! 83. I saw the part of the episode and found a great exampleof IRONY, or HYPOCRISY -- depending on how you see it. Elisabeth said she felt "venom" for Paris because she did something that could lead to the death of innocent people, but Elisabeth pushes for this superfluous war (for oil) that is causing the death of US troops and Iraqi civilians. Maybe now Elisabeth can understand why so many viewers feel venom for her.

84. As long as she doesn't get behind the wheel of a car after she gets out it's cool. If she is sincere more power to her. Children everywhere need help so perhaps thats why I hope shes seeing the light. Jail does have an effect on people. I wonder what the Paris lovers who say her being in jail is so cruel would say if she did open a children's hospice or something when she gets out. They'll probably fade off into the dark like the many people who said "Anyone who thinks Paris is going to do any time in jail is stupid" did.
Funny how 100's were saying that yet not one stood up and admitted they were wrong! I'm not a Paris fan but she's in jail doing her time and is talking about goals for when she gets out. I won't bash her for that. If she's lying it has no effect on me. If she isn't it helps kids. People change and that's why I felt it was important to Paris to be in jail. Perhaps she will. I understand it when some people say they don't think she will change but i am alarmed that some seem to not want her to. I guess they never needed help in their lives before or something. I am also think about her younger sister Nicki and how Paris could keep her from growing up a mess.
