Anne Heche Did NOT Lose Custody

Anne Heche, Coley LaffoonTMZ published a story yesterday that Coley Laffoon, Anne Heche's soon-to-be ex, was awarded custody of their son. That is not the case.

Sources say the judge ruled that the child must reside in Los Angeles. When Anne is in town, physical custody is split 50/50. When she is not in town -- beginning in August, she goes back to Vancouver to shoot her TV show, "Men in Trees" -- the child will live full-time with Coley and Anne will get visitation every other weekend.

As we already reported, Coley got spousal support and child support.

17. #11 you are soooo right. what a coincidence that TMZ is the only media outlet to capture Paris Hilton being driven to jail the night she turned herself in and then suddenly, Harvey is on every cable news channel the next day saying how Paris got a raw deal...so transparent!

20. So this was the case I have been asking people all day about this story I saw yesterday. It was pulled. Incorrect info. NOW AGAIN isn't she the girl who was on a lifetime movie recently about relationiships developing over the web?? She was a wacko and got this guy to kill her husband. He was so in love with her, then she dropped him cold. Does anyone remember that movie?? I think she was in it. "Fatal Desire.'

28. Anne has Borderline Personality Disorder.

It is marked by severe mood swings, revisionist history, distortion campaigns.. Those with this illness are at once charming, adoring and adorable; they will sweep you off your feet.. And when they drop you without warning (if you have not already dropped them because of their sudden turn to verbally abusing YOU), you will be stunned and will scramble to turn your life around..

..most especially because they have a handy way of enmeshing with you almost from day one.. You really believe that you do need them. Their fear of abandonment propels them, compels them. (if this sounds familar to you, do the phrases "I hate you, don't leave me," and "Stop walking on eggshells!" also resonante?? If so, please do pick up the books of those very same titles. It will clear up ALL the fuzziness for you - YOU too, COLEY, if you are reading this!)

The one thing that Anne managed to do, in a moment of clarity, was to choose this man, Coley Laffoon, for the father of her child. By all accounts, he is a real stand up guy and an excellent father.

29. Wow the great and wonderful TMZ & People's Court Harvey, who looks down on TMZ posters got it wrong? They do that more and more frequently.
Now why is that the supermarket papers are consider unreliable, but TMZ is the "go to news" for all that is Hollywood entertainment? Who is Poeple's court Harvey to criticize the posters on this site after all, his only claim to fame is running a gossip page and a not very reliable one at that.
Dear Harvey, nobody will remember you for anything except this "Let's go back into the court room now". You have not made any valuable contribution to society yourself-exploiting others is not REAL NEWS.....................................................and that's all we have time for today on the people's court.

30. Divorce is hard enough without the media becoming involved. The only people that should be allowed to comment are the parties involved. period. As long as people support these kind of websites and tabloid crap the longer it will go on. People get a life.
