Anne Heche Did NOT Lose Custody

Anne Heche, Coley LaffoonTMZ published a story yesterday that Coley Laffoon, Anne Heche's soon-to-be ex, was awarded custody of their son. That is not the case.

Sources say the judge ruled that the child must reside in Los Angeles. When Anne is in town, physical custody is split 50/50. When she is not in town -- beginning in August, she goes back to Vancouver to shoot her TV show, "Men in Trees" -- the child will live full-time with Coley and Anne will get visitation every other weekend.

As we already reported, Coley got spousal support and child support.

36. This article is irritating. I could careless about their custody battle, neither person interests me. But I'm getting tired of you using "sources" for your so-called reporting. And if you are going to use them, then you need to keep them straight, or else how do we even know this article isn't bogus as well?

Harvey, if you want some respect as an editor for a site that actually "reports" information, instead some run of the mill gossip sleaze, drop the "sources" altogether and use names, or even try using "a TMZ reporter" etc. At least that way, if you're wrong, that person or your business (AOL and co.), is accountable for what they say.

Facts, Ms. Heche cheated on Coley first! SHE decided her marriage vows meant nothing!

Coley is obviously doing his best to supply little Homer with a stable home, regardless of Heche's public comments which I personally found despicable! I've been through two nasty divorces where children where involved and it was no walk in the park! Things are said and done out of emotional pain and anger created when both parties realize their dream of happiness is dashed! Unless you've gone through it, you haven't got a friggin' clue! So lay off of Coley unless you've walked a mile in his shoes! Yes, Heche obviously has mental problems which she has admitted to, but then again, so does Paris Hilton, Brittany Spears and Lindsey Lohan!

As for TMZ, Harvey, you really should clarify you info before you go to press! This sad affair is painful enough for all parties without you making it worse! As for Harvey's "blue hair", I'd rather look like him rather than Perez (UGH!)

45. Ok, I don't even want to talk about the custody of this poor child.....let's talk about the absolutely CRAZY/INSANE mother he was given birth by. I only hope there will be other FEMALE ROLE MODELS in his life.

Anne was gay when she lived with Ellen, then she went straight to marry Coley, but "SURPRISE"...Coley is now on that list of "Love Em & Leave Em" with Ellen....because "Horny Anne" has moved on to yet ANOTHER partner! Shall we worn him..........she'll be off again when "Men In Trees" gets canceled!!!

Heaven help the child..........
