Anne Heche Did NOT Lose Custody

Anne Heche, Coley LaffoonTMZ published a story yesterday that Coley Laffoon, Anne Heche's soon-to-be ex, was awarded custody of their son. That is not the case.

Sources say the judge ruled that the child must reside in Los Angeles. When Anne is in town, physical custody is split 50/50. When she is not in town -- beginning in August, she goes back to Vancouver to shoot her TV show, "Men in Trees" -- the child will live full-time with Coley and Anne will get visitation every other weekend.

As we already reported, Coley got spousal support and child support.

46. People should be a little more selective in who they decide to reproduce with & some shouldn't reproduce at all. He had to of known this Anne is a quack before he married her.

47. Anne Heche, in my opinion, is a first class screwball that shouldn't be allowed to be around normal adults let alone, children. What a weirdo!

48. Why are you all ragging on Harvey Levin? More than none he mangaes to bring the public interesting and factual stories before ANYONE ELSE does!

Yes there are times that errors are made, but often it is the information that their trusted sources have given them that make them rush to display for the publics knowledge.

The fact that they retract and correct with accurate information shows credibility to me.
Harvey Levin is often fair. Even in the media, he gives those less deserving of one a break.

If you are not happy with the quality of TMZ and find the need to rag on them and him continually...WHY BOTHER READING??????? Why not turn to more accurate sources like say...Perez Hilton, or the National Enquirer...Oh wait..I recently saw The Sun displayed at our local supermarket...Front page reads that Paris Hilton had an affair with an alien from Mars and the big news is weather or not the child will be human....Do you think that this is more news worthy perhaps???

Leave TMZ and Harvey Levin alone. If you are unsatisfied and seem to feel that they always so INACCURATE ...Why bother visiting the site and wating your time?

TMZ...even with errors..I admire your corrections and I thank you for working so hard in helping get the news out.....

Keep up the good work!

49. PS....I forgot to put in my two cents regarding the ANne Heche situation.

I think that she is super actress who deserves a break. Hers and Ellens relationship was so high profile that any move she made became public knowledge and often blown out of proportion.

She definitley showed bad judgement at one time, but everyone knows that motherhood changes you completley. I think that they both must love their child and I am sure that him as a non public figure must be feeling the sting of being the less earning parent.

She has worked hard to get where she is and is not only the main bread winner but also the public figure and THE MOTHER! HE was very content living off her weath and her fame. He married her and had a child with her after the"SUPPOSED" incident ...so why now that she is leaving him is that incident that big a deal???

If I recall..after he hooked up with her, he defended that incident and stood by her. Now that shes leaving with someone perhaps more her equal...working, earning, less lazy...he needs to bring up the past that he once claimed never mattered.... Hmmmmm

Divorces are always messy, and it is sad to use the child as a pawn. Both parents should suck up their ego and pride, and show a united front for their child the way that other celebrites have done in the past.... The only one who will pay in the end if the fued does not end will be Homer their child.

No matter what each parent says about the other, Homer will always love his father and his mother...so if anything...give up the public feud and nasty comments for that little boy. He is more worthy than feeding any of us negative information....

Much luck to both parents and child!

50. Dear Quality NOT Quick/Whatever #47

DO you have nothing better to do than to post the same stuff twice?

Sounds to me like you are a bitter guy..a single father maybe? SOmeone who saw his dad get screwed over? Someone who hates women?

I think I have you pegged. If you have nothing better to do than to rag on TMZ and Harvey Levin...then its time to find a new occupation....Turn to the guy in blue hair Perez Hilton..He sounds like he is more up your alley.

PS. Dont bother replying. You you will just confirm how bitter you really are,,,and besides..I am off this story....

PSS. Harvey..You have a super site! Anne..keep doing your thing and be cool for your kid....

51. If it makes Anne Heche feel better to say she did NOT lose custody then that is fine. But someone out there is in serious denial...The parent who gets child support is the custodial parent! If he didn't have custody he wouldn't be getting support for the child.

52. When Ellen was hurt over losing Anne and Coley was the "new boyfriend" he was pleased as punch over it and couldn't care less about Ellen's misery. Now that he has been left by Anne, why should we care less about him?! All little boys need their mommy! Anne atleast knows how to make a living; Homer appears to me as nothng more than a leech and a bum. Get a job, Dude!

53. Oh, on my last comment I said "Homer appears to me as nothng more than a leech and a bum. Get a job, Dude!" and of course meant Coley not Homer!

54. It's me again and I said All little boys need their mommy! and I take that back. Not all little boys need their mommy. I meant though something else. I meant that Homer needs Anne. She clearly is a loving woman. Coley was supportive when she wrote that book and now he wants to turn around and use that against her! I CALL THAT CRAZY!
