16. To TMZ and Harvey Levin - just want to give you guys a great, big kudos for featuring underage "hottie" Hayden Panattiere so often. The photos of her walking her dog are my favorite "must haves". Thank the stars above that you are helping to create the next underage trainwreck now that Lindsey is almost legal. Without your help, Hayden might never become the tabloid fodder that you so clearly hope she will. And referring to the 17 year-old as a "hottie" is brilliant - make sure that she knows that her image is all about being a photographed hottie and NOT about the content of her character.
