By stating that you think Opri should be paid the absolute LUDICROUS amount she charged Larry, you obviously don't have a clue! How'd you like it if your frickin' lawyer charged you for $3000 dinners and her husband's dry-cleaning? I don't care if I were multi-billionaire Bill Gates who could just throw down that type of money on one roulette spin...I'd still fight an asinine bill like this!! It's called TAKING ADVANTAGE...that's what OPRI'S trying to do to Larry and it's completely not right!

And to those of you morons saying that BIRKHEAD should use his daughter's trust fund...um, you are even more clueless than SweetShammie, as he doesn't HAVE ACCESS to the TRUST fund, as when Anna died, she was STILL IN THE PROCESS OF SUING HOWARD MARSHALL for millions! The suit is NOT a done deal. There is no money yet!! Good Lord people. Watch the news.

92. Please don't forget that Debra's initial representation agreement with Larry was that she would represent him for no fees (as Debra would get tons of publicity and be set forever). Too bad for Larry he did not get that in writing. Debra's legal bill was crafted after the fact and after she herself has engineered a huge payment check Larry earned to appear on a TV show to be deposited into Debra's business bank account. This is a totally unethical action as Larry never authorized Debra to tender the check. When Larry demanded the money, suddenly Larry has a legal bill from Debra adding up to nearly the exact amount of the check. Debra should face discipline by the California Bar, disbarment and I hope Larry prevails with his malpractice action - it is absolutely warranted. Debra claims she made Larry popular - Larry made himself popular by being the boyfriend of one of the most gorgeous and famous people in the world, the late & lovely Anna Nicole Smite. Further, Debra claims she got Larry a TV deal - Debra didn't get Larry anything - if TV wants Larry, TV will get Larry even if he is represented by Minnie Mouse. I think Debra Opri needs therapy and if her career is destroyed (as she blames Larry for) Debra has destroyed her own career by her own hand.

Opri is a train wreck of a lawyer. She could care less of who she railroads for a fast buck; including her own clients.

Her job is to work in the best interest of her clients; to foster being civil and respectful to each other. Instead, she ruins people lives and relationships. When she's done there's no chance for reconciliation or ammicability between the two parties.

104. A) She ONLY agreed to do the case Pro-Bono IF Larry had not made enough money through deals SHE SECURED for him....AND he signed for that agreement

B) Why is it OK with you folks for Larry Birkhead to use the media to slam Opri? When she stayed quiet, you still attacked her, now she is fighting back ( rightfully so ) you still critisize her.

C) Go to ART Harris and READ her appeal. It's fairly straight forward

I hope she gets every penny from that professional star suer Birkhead. It's not the first time Birkhead has sued a public figure, but I hope by the time Opri wins, it will be the last.

Seems Larry has the money to sue her, so why wont he pay his bills?
