49. Yes, she could've given the child the last name of Murphy if she'd wanted too... Eddie doesn't own that name! You do not have to give a child your last name if you don't want too.. Even though this isn't the case here.

She couldn't, however, without his consent or order from court, put him down as a father on birth cert but it will be amended if he is, indeed the father.

51. Everyone's saying you can do this you can do that. All of which are differant I might add. Can someone provide a link stating that you can give your child a last name at birth that is differant than your own.? Or for those of you saying you can name anyone as the father, can you provide a link to that. I've been looking and can't find anything.

56. What happened to Scary's husband/marriage. Doesn't she have a child from this relationship? I wonder if she has any money left from her days as a Spice Girl?

Also, I remember a while back that Liz Hurley was in a similar fix with her pregnancy and Steve Bing. She turned down money from Bing after the DNA test proved him to be the dad. She recently married an Indian guy.

60. People! People! People! What planet have you been on??? Eddie is questioning the paternity of the baby because Mel was messing around on him.

She likes both men and women, and was out partying with another guy just before she announced she was pregnant! That's why Eddie is questioning if he's the father.

Mel was using Eddie to boost her career, and to get ahold of some of his money. Having his baby is one way for her to have her hooks in him for life.

Eddie has said, and I believe him, that he'll take care of the baby if it's his.

I seriously doubt it is.
