91. Give me a break, or I should say, give Eddie a break! Do the test's and if the kid is DNA proven to be Eddie's, then step up and be the father with the money for the support! If not the proven father, then walk away and tell everyone to kiss your ass! All these commentators where in the bedroom, etc. when you screwed her so they all know and can prove that you are father, right? What the hell? Innocent until proven guilty! Right?

92. Ok - blame Eddie all you want but this girl knowingly went after a married man and got pregnant out of wedlock. Regardless of who the father is, don't you think the child is going to grow up with the stigma of being illegitimate anyway? With her mother publically pursuing a man that doesn't want her or this baby is only making matters worse. Mel B - cut your losses and find an upstanding single man to marry and help you raise your little bundle. She deserves better than what you and Eddie are subjecting her to.

The space for the father's name is blank because in California, like many other states, the father has to present when the birth certificate if signed in the hospital in order to have his name put on it. He has to sign it also! If he is not there, you have to have a notarized form to add him later, signed by both of you! Even if you have a paternity test showing he is the father, he still has to sign the form to admend the birth certificate to add his name and it has to be notarized!!!!

95. I think that Eddie has every right to ask for a paternity test. They weren't in an exclusive relationship....that kid can be anybodys kid. Atleast Eddie went and had the paternity test done. I hope, if the kid is his, that he will take care of her and do what he has to to be a good father, but until the results come out, let's all just leave Eddie alone.

103. I am extremely disappointed by Eddie Murphy's irresponsible and cruel reaction to the birth of this child. He's the one who wanted a DNA test, and the latest reports claim that now he does NOT want it and repeatedly still insists that he is not the father. What a schmuck. I guess someone's a bit afraid of doling out additional monetary support but that's what a good father does, even if he doesn't want to be involved in this poor child's life. Besides, doesn't he have PLENTY of money? Why the hell does he want to make this woman grovel by bowing out and refusing to be tested? Shame on him. I guess the breakup was ugly but that's no excuse for such bad behavior.
