Celebrity Justice
Paris Is a Mess

A law enforcement source connected with the Lynwood Jail tells TMZ, "To describe Paris as emotionally upset would be an understatement."

TMZ has confirmed she's in the medical wing at the jail and is being "evaluated." We're told Sheriff's officials believed she was stable enough, and that's why she was transferred. But our source is doubtful and says she "will not be able to handle" the cell she was in before. We're told the root of the problem is severe panic attacks.

That source and someone connected with Paris' family tells TMZ they are convinced she'll be back at Twin Towers in a few days because she will deteriorate again.

33. Panic attacks my ass. Her fugly face is always in front
of the camera. ALWAYS. She's always out partying or shopping so
apparently she's not suffering too much with them. This is such BS.
What a great publicist she has! Lies, all lies.
She's a whack job. Did she have any panic attacks when she
made her porn video?
Man, you people believe anything!!! Get a freaking clue!

34. LOL, you are such a dumb ass Paris!! Reality sucks doesn't it? I am finding such pleasure in watching her suffer....maybe they should video stream her cell 24 hours a day online for all to watch her misery.

35. She's a "mess" because she can't be out in the public partying and screwing and otherwise making herself the biggest pain in the ass before the world..,

36. If she's been on Xanax for years, that would have been immediate and severe withdrawal...and the panic attacks Im sure are from, no million dollar mansion, no servants, no cushy toilet seat, no mirrors to primp in front of, no personal chef, trainer, ass wipers.....

37. I am puzzled as to why the jail didn't know she had to be on medication for one thing and for another: NO ONE EVER DIED OF A PANIC ATTACK. They can die of asthma, or a cardiac problem, especially if undetected by nature or if its drug related as to abusing one's body or a bad diet. Paris is not used to this kind of situation so it will be terrible and it will really leave an impression on her. She will be able to warn others not to disobey probation. Everyone forgets its not the crime its the initial punishment she disobeyed. When you dance you have to pay the fiddler.

38. She's having panic attacks BECAUSE she's in jail. Happens all the time. Big whoop.

If she had PANIC DISORDER, like some of us, she would have already been on medicine to treat it - which she was not.

Cry more Paris.

40. Give me a break? Panic attacks? This is a woman who parades her silly self in front of crowds of people everyday with no problem. The paparazzi stalk her every minute and she eats it up. Panic attacks my a$$. Spoiled little brat is what she is.

41. Welcome to the real world!! Life is tuff when the judge does not care how much money you have!!!!!!!!

42. Uhhh, like I stated previously, Paris has and is serving more time then that average citizen for the crime she comminted. People out there are just rediculous. This is a known statistic for years now, and it's funny how nobody pays attention to the news untill a celebrity is involved. Everyone sooooooo wanted her to serve time, she is getting special treatment, blah, blah, blah.... I hope any average citizen out there feels the same when they commit the same crime of driving with a suspended license, and do their entire 23-45 days without whining a friggen word !!! It's just plain stupid !!!

43. I would give her a few more days in jail then release her. Her problem started when she showed no respect for the law & thought she could do what she wanted so the judge punished her for it as he should have. Her mother did the same thing to the judge so what did they expect. As a mother, she should have known better because I certainly would have kept my mouth shut so not to p*ss off the judge.

44. Paris is laying the groundwork for being a mental case so that lawsuit coming up in August goes her way. With all the media attention that case is going to be interesting.

45. I would say she is having drug withdrawals. She has never been without her drugs before so she probably didn't even know what was coming. She seemed resigned to doing the time last week, then a few days after lock up she went bonkers. Definitely having withdrawal from drugs.
