A law enforcement source connected with the Lynwood Jail tells TMZ, "To describe Paris as emotionally upset would be an understatement."
TMZ has confirmed she's in the medical wing at the jail and is being "evaluated." We're told Sheriff's officials believed she was stable enough, and that's why she was transferred. But our source is doubtful and says she "will not be able to handle" the cell she was in before. We're told the root of the problem is severe panic attacks.
That source and someone connected with Paris' family tells TMZ they are convinced she'll be back at Twin Towers in a few days because she will deteriorate again.

I think she is withdrawing from drugs also. She should not be medicated at the jail,she should be detoxing!!
I have had panic attacks for over 35 yrs. I have never been medicated for them because my dr taught me how to work through them since she was also a sufferer. My hubby though had been medicated with Xanex for yrs and if she is on that...she won't be bothered by the situation.
I think the whole thing comes down to her and her family thinking this is beneath her. Now I have liked Paris over the years and her personality she gives in public. I don't think she should have gone to jail because there is community service a person like this could do to work it off.
I have been disappointed at this whole situation but I think her mother has alot to do with her panic attacks more than Paris herself. I wonder how long she will keep up her new image when she gets out?

After being sick all week, and watching all this crap on t.v., I can't believe I'm gonna say this, especially being a person who likes to see stars and the filthy rich get theirs once in awhile, but, more unbiased I cannot be, having absolutely no connection to Hollywood or California,, I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M GONNA SAY THIS...... There is no way that girl should be locked up for 23 days! That's just the truth. I'm only being honest to myself, as much as I'd like to see her in jail for 23 years, bottom line, no one gets that much jail time for what she did. L.A. County stats back it up. Oh well, back to my mundane world!

Stop using and abusing Paris. If she were a minority there would be a bigger outcry - Al Sharpton/Jesse Jackson, etc. would be picketing the jail. She is being made a scapegoat for the system. Let her where she is at - do her time and let's move on. She should have been out of the system long ago. Too many people getting rich off of this horrible situation she is in.

I was on ADD meds for many years, as well as xanax. ADD becomes a problem when you are trying to "work" or "think" and it doesn't seem Paris is required to do either, especially in jail. You would think her parents would want her to stay in jail and kick her drug habits (the other unmentioned ones).
Speaking of fairness, many people coudn' afford thebond, the fines, etc. Paris and her like need a serious wake-up call and well, this is it. The other useless girls like Kimberly Stewart and Kim Kardashian should take a peek at their future here as they move in to Paris's very worn shoes (given they wear little else.) Take them off

This may be what she needed to get herself some help if she really is mentally ill **rolling eyes** However, to all those who think she got unfair Justice, think how society would feel if she while under the influence injured or killed someone?
