A law enforcement source connected with the Lynwood Jail tells TMZ, "To describe Paris as emotionally upset would be an understatement."
TMZ has confirmed she's in the medical wing at the jail and is being "evaluated." We're told Sheriff's officials believed she was stable enough, and that's why she was transferred. But our source is doubtful and says she "will not be able to handle" the cell she was in before. We're told the root of the problem is severe panic attacks.
That source and someone connected with Paris' family tells TMZ they are convinced she'll be back at Twin Towers in a few days because she will deteriorate again.

She has ALWAYS been a mess and it appears she ALWAYS will be no matter what.
All she appears to care about is how she looks. She never appears to be relaxed with herself. She can't have a camera pointing at her without striking a pose. She wants to appear to be perfect which we all know she isn't even before this fiasco jail stint of hers. If she is on Xanax and is still so uptight then she really is a mess! Drinking and Xanax is a known killer....she'll go down quicker than Anna Nicole at this rate!!!

Why would anyone write to support a spoiled brat like Paris?! You know what? She's not the ONLY person who has ever had to do time with a mental condition, or who has to have medication...but none of those people are getting any special treatment like she is. Those people wouldn't have had the Sherrif's dept. go AGAINST the judge's orders and release them to house arrest. If (and I stress IF) she really has a mental condition, that's too bad...but she, just like the rest of the people will have to deal with it and do her time. The medical facilities CAN handle anything that she can throw their way. The bitch is having panic attacks because she's not sleeping on her Egyptian cotton sheets and she's only allowed to wear the latest in prison fashion.....the rest, is an act...a poor pitiful me ACT.
As public as her life has been, how come this has never come to light until now. She was seen in her own videos drinking and doing drungs, are we supposed to believe that she was on this medication then? How come she has never been hospitalized before? If she suffers so much from claustiphobia while didn't she do every thing not to break her probation or show up in time in court? None of it adds up.. and her mother has devised this story to gain sympathy from the public.
As long a she is pampered and treated specially, she's fine.
But put her in the "Real World" and sghe can't hack it. What a crock.
"I don't want to be here"; turn on the waterworks and drama.

She'll probably end up being released and she will go on her merry way.
What about all the other inmates going through "withdrawl"? I'm sure there are plenty of them. I bet they aren't being treated nearly as good as Paris.

My Mother suffers from SEVERE panic attacks after watching my Sister murdered!! She takes Effexor. The pills work. IF they are NOT working ....IT'S AN ACT!!!!
It must be horrible for a pampered spoiled princess to have to endure this. I can't imagine how she must be suffering and going through the humiliation of having to associate herself with the peons.
Hmmm...must be hard for her as she has to keep her mouth shut and she can't insult or be rude to anyone and doesn't have her minions hovering around her like a freakin' queen bee.
Shame on her parents and the rest of the well off people who raise their kids to become nasty, thoughtless human beings.

I don't. I think she has been traumatized sufficiently enough that she would take care to never put herself in any situation that would result in coming before the courts again.
The girl is a spoiled rich brat and extremely immature; which is working against her like a handicap.
I say let her out. If she should violate a probation in the future, deal with it then.
This story IS getting old and to drag it out further amounts to torture of both Paris and the public (for having to read this crap everyday.)

Writing about Anna Nicole was a lot of fun. There was so much to discuss. This obsession that TMZ has with Paris is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. There is nothing there. Move on.

Her mother has a lot to do with Paris and her problems.
If my mom had just two days with Paris, I think Paris would like herself better in ways that matter. Beyond the surface.
If Paris stil thinks shes the victim here then she has definitely not learned any lesson. I agree with the comment above that if she would have killed someone the public cry would have been why wasn't anything done. Im glad she's getting what she deserves!
Could someone please explain to me why Paris having panic attacks is different than any other Prisoner in that jail having a panic attack. I'm sure she is not the only person in that jail who has panic attacks or is add. It is a terrible injustice to all the peple who are add that take there meds and live a stable life. She needs to grow up and stop coming up with excuses as to why she can't take her punishment. She drove knowing full well she was breaking the law. Because your Parents are rich doesn't give you licence to do whatever you want to do. And why is it costing the jail more to house her? If Paris's mental state is so bad why was she allow to have a drivers licence in the first place?
