Hilton has served more time than 80% of people serving time for the same crime.
The Sheriff runs the jail and has every right to release any prisoner at his discretion, for any reason.
Oh and since there is not a comment board yet for Nancy Grace.
Nancy Grace is a disgusting pig who will not be happy until she contributes to someone's death...oh wait, she already did that.

The merits of your arguement are ridiculous. The people you mentioned were taken to task by the court of public opinion (like Paris), but the difference is we are referring to how the legal system treats somebody based on the merits of the law, NOT based on public opinion. Even someone unlikable is not supposed to be the brunt of a political statement. You sound like a very angry person by the way. Let's hope people aren't quite as harsh in their judgments of you as you appear to be of others.

95. NO ONE should be treated this way weather poor,rich,white,black,latin,asian..ext I don't think it's right at all. I've heard many comments on that system treating people to the point that people have died in there jail for no medical help. I wish someone investigates this and stops the abuse regardless of there race. Just because other people dint receive medical treatment that doesn't make it right that Paris Hilton should not receive it either to make it equal,That's just crazy! They should make sure this doesn't happen again to no one. I agree with those lady that want to sue,and I hope they get compensated for all there suffering by those assholes,but don't make the story to repeat with Paris Hilton.
That's like saying because i was treated bad in jail the next person should too because she's from a diferent race and If i went through it so should her. Understand what I'm saying,That's not right! Instead I should fight for this not to happen to no one else regardless of their race.

Now regarding the black & white thing. I was really furious when i saw AL Sharpton against Paris Hilton defending African Americans & Latinos. Why was i mad? Because neither a Black or Latin needed help in this situation.Paris Hilton was the one in need of help.Why dint he help her? oh could it be because she's WHITE. It has gotten to a point were Blacks are now better then Whites (In the celebrity world)and It's not right to descriminate against no one at all.
OJ should be the first in jail,He is a Killer who I feel so sad to see he got away with the murder of 2 people. Michael Jackson really sickens me and should also be in jail, How can they let this crazy perv who has abused many kids be free & even have a park for kids..What the hell is wrong with America!!! Just because African Americans were treated badly in the past by Americans it doesn't make it right to now start treating the Americans bad as a revenge thing. That's how it's starting to become and It's not right at all. WE CAN"T CHANGE THE PAST but WE CAN CHANGE HOW ARE FUTURE WOULD BE.

America fought for equal rights and now it's starting to look like the past but with Americans being the ones treated bad this time. African Americans celebrities commit a crime and they help them with the excuse "Oh he's black so he was descriminated" Al Sharpton goes on his defence and even AMERICANS don't want to make them feel descriminated and help them 100%..but when it's a white celebrity ...Wheres Al? Were's the black community? Oh there Complaining & Whinning trying to dig out reports of black people who suffered in that same jail and defend them,NOW THAT'S BEING RACIST! If you want to help dig out does report and help them I'm glad with that because everyone deserves to be treated equal but don't ignore the fact that a American girl is being treated unfair. Don't you appreciate when a American helps you,Why can't you do the same when it's a American the one in need.

But like I said in one of my comments, This is all happening because Americans are the first ones that are trashing her, If you don't defend your own people Why would others? I've heard millions & millions white people say "she's trash" please STOP this completly,She is not trash this is a human who's being treated unfair and now the African Americans are laughing and saying "white trash" "like everyother white girl" They are classifying all white celebrities as "white trash" because your own people are saying that they are just some drunk,drug,lawbreaker worth nothing. This is NOT right, Please start helping them by writing positive coments,showing your support. You don't want other countries to view Americans celebrities as "trash"... young girls look up to these celebrities and It's not right that if they grow up and get into this business they classified them as nothing simply because she's white.

This is starting to look like when blacks were view as nothing. This is in the celebrity world but it seriously started to spread in the real world too, I know this as a fact because several agencies are saying to young girls " Don't let fame get to your head and start acting like all these whites ****celebrities" They are refering to getting wild,using drugs,getting naked. I believe not all American girls are like this,These girls are just going thrug a bad moment & they need your support. but that's what i think..but with more American girls doing this by the dozen a day "people" are starting to classified them by race..Crazy world we live in!!! I'm not white or black so don't come with the race crap. I actually don't descriminate against no one at all. I'm just saying what I've notice,and I hope Americans start supporting there own people so others will too. If you don't show respect to your own American girls how can you expect others to show them respect too.
Paris Hilton made a couple of bad choices but that doesn't make her a criminal. She is a very beautiful girl & very talented. She has done movies like (house of wax) awesome acting. She did a music CD which by the way i love her song,and her perfume rocks!! This girl is a genious at marketting herself and That's why she's the famous girl in the world. She's actually very smart! I wish her & her family the best!!! I hope more people start showing your suport to this great celebrity,and help her get back home. This girl has never been through something like this and she must be scared to death, she is NOT a criminal and doesn't deserve to be treated like one.

100. Paris Hilton may make money from this stint as well, and she has been cleaning up monetarily all along, but you forget, she doesn't really need the money. She doesn't have to do anything if she doesn't want to, so I think any kind of inference to money gain from her prison stint is not a light at the end of the tunnel to Paris Hilton. One thing will still be true, though. She will still be wealthy when she comes out of jail and you will all still be jealous of her, green and twisted with jealous rage judging by your statements, so the last laugh will be on her.

The LA Times did a study of cases going back to 2001 and according to them Paris Hilton received a very disproportionate sentence - at the highest end of all those cases studied compared to others with her same level of infraction. Justice or statement? Be honest here. You all want to see her suffer. This has nothing to do with fairness of the law.

By the way, Paris kept the judge waiting because her car was chased by paparazzi into a locked gate that they were unable to back out of which made them late. I believe her intent was to be there on time. Of course, I'm sure you wouldn't be interested in that though, because you are looking to condem her instead of looking at the facts.
