121. #128 - "Targeted", are you kidding?? She made herself a target by violating probation **twice** for the original **DUI** charge, and didn't bother to sign up for her alcohol education classes.

When I see video of Paris making stupid anti-Semetic, racist, and anti-gay remarks, see pictures of her smoking dope, disrobing for the camera, sucking on a tampon, sitting on a toilet, and acting out in other ways, I do make a judgment call on her character....or if you'd prefer, I form a strong opinion of her. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then all the pictures, and videos of her speak volumes about what kind of person she really is.

some point form facts on this whole thing from the LA times:

Paris Hilton will end up serving more time behind bars than the vast majority of inmates sent to L.A. County Jail for similar offenses, according to a Times analysis of jail records.

The Times analyzed 2 million jail releases and found 1,500 cases since July 2002 that — like Hilton's — involved defendants who had been arrested for drunk driving and later sentenced to jail after a probation violation or driving without a license.

Had Hilton left jail for good after four days, her stint behind bars would have been similar to those served by 60% of those inmates.

Hilton's attorney announced that she would serve the full 23 days. That means that Hilton will end up serving more time than 80% of other people in similar situations.

She is believed to be the first inmate in years who actually was sent back to jail to serve more of her term

"Twenty-three days would be considerably more than the average person given her sentence would actually serve," said Stan Goldman, professor of criminal law and procedure at Loyola Law School.

If Hilton does serve the 23 days, she will have done about the same amount of time as 4,000 inmates who since 2002 had been charged with assaults, as well as more than 1,800 charged with burglary, more than 2,600 charged with domestic violence and nearly 11,000 charged with drug violations.

Don't even try. You can see where these people are coming from. The facts speak for themselves and you are right on. These people are abnormally enraged with someone they don't even know. It's pretty odd isn't it. I really do believe this was a gross miscarriage of justice and it so happens it is Paris Hilton the victim in this case, as proven by the very study you site.

128. Here goes, she should serve time like every body no more no less and in the same place.
NOW if the girl reallllllly suffers from pinic attacks they can be hell. The girl may be taking phy drugs and some of them can make you feeeelllllllllll real good. She has a drug proplem any way so I hope they are treating here wiht the ( i am tired) drugs that can help that and not the ones that can be abused and get you high or mellow any body idnify with that. II ve been down that road and she needs to be offf the adddicdtive drugs. clean up now.

Now this one takes the cake. I've seen it all now. Paris Hilton = Hitler. What the heck is the IQ level of the people posting on this site. Are you for real? or this a joke?

Somebody said how can I support her. This has nothing to do with jealousy, or being a fan, etc. It has to do with fairness and how mob mentality when allowed to drive policy subverts the law and due process. This was not equal treatment under the law. If you don't understand my position than get back down into the mud, which where most of you are at with this.

I have never seen such an irritational group of people as related to this story. You would each and every one of you were victimized personally. This is truly sick.

By the way, you all have such class and kouth, unlike Paris Hilton - give me a break. I've never heard such foul mouthed, unkouth people as the collection on this site.

135. By the way, the consensus is now that Paris Hilton was treated unfairly. It took awhile for the facts to come out, but they have now and most everyone has changed their tunes. You're going to find that most rational people have come to that conclusion.

By the way, I couldn't care less what anybody has or doesn't have, what they think about me or that I have to work for a living. I couldn't care less. You ought to ask yourself why it bothers you. You must really have miserable lives and be full of dissatisfaction to react this way. And because somebody else displays poor behavior doesn't mean I have to engage in the same. How is anybody better that does that? You ought to all take a good look in the mirror. Night night.
