228. How funny to see my photo in a TMZ story about Anna Nicole Smith!
My name is Dawnn Behrens, I am the Anna Nicole tribute Artist pictured in the top left shot. After acting and modeling and being a Marilyn Monroe Tribute Artist for many years people started telling me almost daily I resembled Anna Nicole Smith. When I watched her Anna Nicole Show of E !Entertainment my family remarked that I did seem to have quite a strong resemblance. So I started portraying her at corporate events,stage shows and even on commercials.

Personally I have NEVER been to her home ,and would not want to invade her privacy, or that of her families. However I will try to pay my respects and leave flowers for Anna on my next trip to the Bahamas.

There is a misconception about the look a like profession. As a Celebrity tribute artists we are all just actors who happen to portray the same role on many occasions. Its really not much different than an actor on the stage or in film, except ours performance is usually done live interacting/improv with guests who are fans of the person we portray. Professionals in this business try their best to bring the memories/persona and image of the celebrity or character to life in a positive way, and NEVER pretend we really are the star to take advantage of people. We are not crazy, and don't think we really are the stars,
we are just actors and actress's.
I like to think Anna would be very happy that I am emulating her now just as she did with her many tributes to Marilyn Monroe.If I am ever asked to come and see her home it would be an honor,until then I'll just look at pictures and leave her family respectfully alone.

229. What's wrong with LB going out to dinner with two ladies? He can't sit at home all the time. DL is probably asleep by 9pm at the latest. Then what? he watches her sleep? Sheez, guys. Give the man a break.

On Art Harris.com, there is a stroy that says HKS flew to CA on Sat. to spend Father's Day with his dad & get ready for the hearing on Tues. A real tear jerker about he would love to hold DL "one more time". is he contemplating suicide or what?

LB said on Gretta that this will hopefully be his and DL's home. he is supposedly fixing it up and painting it. i don't see anything wrong with DL living in a house she inherited from her mom. Also, that's where LB's memories of ANS are. I do think he should make her a living but give him a break. He doesn't even have legal custody of her yet. And until all the mess concerned with settling her estate is over, it will be a lot more convenient to be in CA.

give the guy a chance to decide what he really wants and what is best for DL. this has happened so fast he is still in a daze. Howver, I don't think buddying up to HKS is in his best interests. let's see what happens Tues.

232. I thought Larry was in the town of Mexicali - didn't realize he was out to dinner at a restaurant. Of course there is nothing wrong with that, assuming he has adequate child care.

It will be EXTREMELY INTERESTING to see what happens in probate court Tuesday. I really think Larry has counted his chickens before they've hatched and put the cart before the horse by even setting foor on the premises of Anna's home. He is making himself look like a complete greedy liar and co-conspirator with Howard.

Two people are dead under VERY QUESTIONABLE circumstances. Don't forget folks, Anna's house is either NEXT DOOR of ACROSS THE STREET from Dr. Khristine Eroshovich. Remember she's the one who spent so much time at Horizons and prescribed ALL THOSE DRUGS that killed Anna!

Dr. Eroshovich was to be investigated by the California Medical Board and I would not be at all surprised if she doesn't lose her license any day now, if she hasn't already. She was previously terminated from a contract she had with the County of Los Angeles for FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!

WHY does Larry Birkhead, who wasn't even engaged or living with Anna, wanting to be in her house with the baby? Could Khristine Eroshovich be babysitting or acting as "the nanny" and does she have permission to still prescribe "baby sedatives." I PRAY this is not the case. Larry is probably finding out that fatherhood is not all fun and games and with all the advice he's getting from Howard about Dannielynne, among other things, I hope that does not include how to sedate her during the night so he can get his forty winks!

235. Real JoJO - I agree with you as far as that house sounds like a real money pit.

There are so many other more desireable houses. Personally, I don't care for hillside locations. Especially in EARTHQUAKE COUNTRY! (I happen to live in the area so I know what I'm talking about.) Then there is the risk of landslides and always high risk of fires especially now as we've had practically no rain and are facing a possible severe water shortage/rationing! The streets leading to most of these houses are usually narrow, windy and parking is difficult if not impossible. It doesn't appear to me that there is much of a view from Anna's house either (which is one of the more desirable things about a hillside location). From pictures taken when she WAS ALIVE and living there, it appeared there might be a pool.

Hillside homes are among THE WORSE if you are raising a child, IMO! They usually have very little yard or play space and the streets are not safe for kids to play in or ride bicycles.

If this house that BELONGED TO ANNA does indeed have a pool, there should BE GRAVE CONCERN for Dannielynn's safety and I hope there is the proper gate and childproofing around it and in the house. From Greta's interview, it looks like there is a balcony with a railing that looked like it could be hazardous in a very short time when Dannielynn is crawling, walking, running, etc.

If indeed the mortgage and taxes are paid, and no longer IN ARREARS AS THEY HAD BEEN, then I hope the Homeowner's Insurance is being kept up. That too is, I am sure, very expensive being that the home is in the area it is.

It seems to me Larry is squatting in this house just as Howard and Anna were squatting in Horizons. I also find it very curious that Larry evidentally knew Ben Thompson (the owner of Horizons) and introduced Anna to him. (This may not be completely accurate but THERE IS SOME CONNECTION between Larry Birkhead and Ben Thompson and Ford Shelley (Ben's son-in-law).

Larry portrays himself to be a humble hard-working guy from Kentucky who doesn't like money after "he's seen what it does to people" and had been living in a FILTHY ONE BEDROOM APT. or condo in a working class area of Burbank with a man by the name of "Byron." In Debra Opri's petition, it states this apt. had to have extensive cleaning and Byron resented the Children's
Services Worker who did an evaluation of Larry or Debra coming to "their home."

I hate to say that it appears LARRY HAS PULLED THE WOOL OVER OUR EYES on a number of major issues.

Let justice prevail in probate court and the Inquest. At least Dannielynne is with the real father and I hope he turns out to be the nice guy he wanted us to think. I am very glad to know there is still a CUSTODY ISSUE PENDING IN THE BAHAMAS and Vergie has consistenly been the person she has represented herself to be! She has stated all along she did not want full custody - only visitation and to ensure Dannielynne's financial interests are protected. Her concerns are appropriate and valid and I am glad she has had the courage to follow through as she has in these matters.

Larry has been living larger than he would have had he not gotten Anna pregnant for a long time now and it appears he likes it and the lifestye more than he let's on.

237. Indeed DL does not own the house nor has she inherited it. To inherit it it must go through probate or she was named as survivor on the deed which we know she wasn't. In any case it does have a large mortgage on it is the majority of ANS estate so it is subject to the claims of creditors --in short a money pit.

Yes, LB is only there by the grace of ANS estate. Remember this is the guy who spent all his time calling the press and telling them to come and get my picture ---- so why do you think they were hanging out in a dark parking lot -- hey go get some real news -- this guy ain't it --- must have been a slow night -- if you heard the sound they were giving him a hard time about being no news ---

As to guardianship -- these hearings are closed and these judges run their own show no appeal here - the reason Opri is outing him is that it is pure revenge -- first hearing - judge appoints a lawyer to represent DL and to look into LBs and DLs affairs and to ask serious questions -- where do you intend to live -- do you own or have a lease -- what are your financial affairs -- he may even demand that LB put a good deal of the money he has made off of this in a trust administered by a professional for DL--- then we have social services -- he and any friends will be closely examined - oh worst case - he may keep custody but under strict court supervision --

239. grandma/downunder, maybe you need to get your bifocals out and pay more close attention on the situation between Larry and Vergie. He would have been fine with Vergie if she wasnt such a coniving twit. The reason why Larry turned on Vergie is because momma dearest tried fighting him over custody of his own child. Did you not turn up your hearing aid, when Larry came out of the court house saying, "im fighting for custody of a child I did not know I had with Vergie."

She has NOT inherited ANYTHING YET!! That will be decided by Probate Court in time. The entire will should be used for toilet paper, as that is all it is worth.
