Mischa, Rumer, Bruce Set to Ruin Film Classic

Rumer Willis has been cast alongside her father, Bruce Willis, and Mischa Barton in a teenage take on the noir classic "Chinatown." No, that is not a typo.

Barton plays the most popular girl in a Catholic school who stumbles upon a sinister conspiracy while investigating the theft of SAT exams, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Bruce Willis co-stars as the principal while Rumer plays Mischa's less attractive friend.

Rumer's only previous acting credits are all in films starring either mom Demi or dad Bruce. Nepotism, continuing to ruin Hollywood films.

ppl that think they are the best most often are anything but.... no one wants to be with a horn blower. You seem to be a very nasty heartless person. which in truth means that you will end up old and lonely if you dont change once you get out of middle school. Rumor is still developing and i'm sure she will be just fine when she is older and you will only dream of being where she is cause you will never be in her shoes. and that seems to be the problem with most of you on here is you have to make nasty unneeded comments because you will never have the chances she has as you sit at your computers. thinking of wity nasty things to say. in ten years you will still be at your computer only dreaming.

D2D: If even a fraction of posts here represent how witty some of these peeps are, they might still have a sit down at the computer once in a while; but my guess is at least a few of 'em have a shot at standing behind a mic in a few years. Some of the most successful comics, use satirical humor, DUH. I've noticed several comments from people saying they were laughing their asses off on this topic, & for good reason.

I agree with the posters who assess Rumer wouldn't have had a snowball's chance in hell to snag a major role in CHINTOWN (Rofl!) if not for big name clout of mommy & daddy.

She's still "developing" you say? Let's hope that doesn't include her chin, lolololol

126. This is one " U G L Y" girl. She needs to have one of those famous Beverley Hills Plastic Surgeons fix her. I'm sure that her parents can afford it. If I were Bruce Willis, I would not be concerned about her starring in a movie, I get her face fixed first. It could be the MOST valuable gift that Demi and Bruce will ever give Rumer. 127. Rumer probably looks like her mother, but her mother has had so much plastic surgery (over $100,000 last count) to keep a man slightly older than her daughter. Hey demi, take your daughter to the same plastic surgeon you use.....she can always play the witch in a remake of the Wizard of Oz, now that would be great casting!
