Hoff's Ex Gets Dinner and Movie, But Just Barely

David HasselhoffTMZ has learned what went down with David Hasselhoff and ex-wife Pamela Bach Hasselhoff in court yesterday.

Hasselhoff won primary physical custody and sole legal custody of the former couple's two daughters. Sources day Pamela will have the kids from Friday to Sunday every other weekend. She could also have dinner with the kids Wednesday night, but that's it.

We're told the judge indicated he might be willing to change the ruling to a fifty-fifty split, but only if Bach attends anger management classes for a year and submits to drug and alcohol testing.

Sources tell TMZ a special master (a psychologist) appointed by the court interviewed the family extensively and determined that Pamela was abusive to her kids and refused to submit to drug and alcohol testing. The Hoff has voluntarily agreed to submit to alcohol testing.

So, the Hoff turned one of the messiest burger meals ever into a major courtroom victory.

61. I think The Hoff should feel slightly vindicated. He is certainly a man of honor. He made mistakes, admitted them, and is moving towards bettering himself.

63. Wishing David and daughters ther very best........We knew that vindication would come even after all the horrible attempts by OPRI to destroy your life didn't work.......Now we hope she doesn't get away with trying to destroy another Dad's life (Larry Birkhead) with all of her smearing......

64. [[[. Okay he's a drunk so how bad must the mother be to lose custody of her kids?]]]

You seem to be assuming that the female SHOULD have custody. On what basis do you come to that conclusion if that is the case?

65. Folks, bear in mind that the drug addicted Mom has anger issues and blocks parental access and so forth. She claimed her daughters had released the Hoff tape.

She received the same basic deal most nondruggie, nonabusive Dads receive, a dinner during the week and every other weekend.

If a Dad did what she did it would be supervised visitation time. If there is outrage or surprise that she "lost" custody then what about why she has so much MORE custody than Dads who behaved as she does?

67. [[[[[Where is written instone the MOTHER must , by nature , have the children? It is not. Society needs to wake up and look at cases individually.]]]]

Be prepared for an eye opener if you ever venture into family court as a man. It is very biased toward the woman. Many of the lawyers and court folks are used to just handing it all to the female half of a marriage, kids, generous alimony, perks, priveleges. Many friends that have heard my story get it only half way...over time as some experience the same they call me and tell me oh my god you were right.

Over time things like this and others have weakened marriage. Why get married if you can live together when if you marry you'll go broke in family court if the female decides to divorce which so many do? And then it can be hell trying to see your own children as it gets blocked. And she has to be a court determined drug addict in order for the man to have a shot?

Remember that emergency room situation where the woman died bleeding on the floor with the hospital not helping and the cops useless? That is what it feels like to a man in many of these situations.

If divorce were not so easy and so adversarial then kids would be better off. I mean is Ms Back better off now and happier? No matter what she needs to control her behavior and stop getting high constantly.

A strong presumption towards shared parenting would hugely calm things down across the US. See...if someone cannot totally ditch the other person while snagging most of their money with the help of the state and ending his parenting then many won't divorce. They'll work on things more and if there is still trouble at least the kids would see less of it since it would be 50/50.

68. When you see a video of a drunken man trying to eat a cheeseburger and daughter watching him unafraid it is not a great thing. It is actually a pity a child has to endure this type of behavior from her father. It says alot. Children who are not exposed to this type of behavior would probably very scared to witness their father in this state. Obviously this child is quite used to seeing dad drunk. Nothing unusual about it. Nothing to be scared of.

So moms supposed to be a druggie, dad's a drunk. What the hell is wrong with the judge. remove the kids from the situation. Surely there are family members who are willing to give them some kind of life until t hey can fend on their own. Someone who can instill the value that being a drunk is no better than being a druggie. Obviously we know what the judge thinks.

69. [[[ Well, as you may have noticed (from my many posts on this subject) I feel I've been done wrong. I AM A GOOD DAD. So what if I like to look at little girls naked? I think I should have gotten custody over my rotten goody two-shoes ex. Everytime I hit her she had it coming...she just couldn't keep her mouth shut. And I lose custody? what has this world come too?]]]

Whoever this is...is not me!

Let's remove all kids from all parents and place them with adults who are not their parents. For their own good.

71. The worst thing that happened was Back releasing that video to the public. That video was private and personal and has NOTHING to do with Hoff being a good parent.

Believe me, I know. I was in a similar situation, my ex-wife showed the judge a VERY private home-made porn I made of me and the family dog. It had NOTHING to do with the case! SO WHAT if I enjoy pleasure with animals??? I AM A GOOD DAD! and also what I was doing is very natural....the dog likes it too.

74. Give those 2 girls - who are on the cusp of being adults - a lifetime subscription to 'children of alcoholics' association.

they could handle being removed from both parents, and justification is probably already documented ... however, i'll bet the system wants the financial burden to be held by the parents rather than the state, especially given the limited resources of the state that could be used for children of much less privileged parents....lets face it - the state's budget could be met by the Hoffs' assets in a given year!

& frankly, I LMAO when I saw that video of alcoholic Hoff eating, & reluctantly agreeing to quit drinking....I can't tell you how similar he looked to the alcoholic man I spent 10 years with! OMG !! LMAO !! He looked just like him...& my ex was in "the industry" as well...do they all look alike, I wonder....same reddish skin, same drool, same "see food" way of eating while drunk like a skunk....deja vu...OMG.

75. We like Stan.

We may not agree with him. Some of our daddies beat our mommies while they were pregnant then left for their 3rd & 4th wives once we were born, took the house, then didn't pay support or alimony, so we were always on the poverty line though our mommies worked full-time & put us through school & paid for all our activities & tuition & books, without help. So screw 'father's rights' ... we're for 'children's rights'.

But he's entitled to his opinion.

You may continue.
